I want a girth routine!!!!! right now im clamping 15 min...jelq 25 min.. horse440 7 times... what else can i do?>?
and does any one do horse 440 and if so does it work??
I heard edging is good, Othee than that I would say up clamping a do your sessions twice daily ,once in the morning and once in the evening. Some people might say that is to much but I say fuck it, no pain no gain!
