Yea Read up on SRT and newbie guide, tons to start off with just using your hands, no equipment needed, I'm doing it currently with just hands lol

I initially gained over an inch but not been very consistent so lost some so at min I'm 0.75" up on EL

No ill be honest been on off for some years and never had consistency. Been constant now since Jan more than ever but my gains were from before. Hard to put a time line on it. I train every day now which I never used to

Mon problème est que j'ai un pénis qui ne dépasse pas 12 cm J'ai trouvé ce site par hasard. Je cherchais un moyen d'augmenter la longueur de mon pénis
L'important est de savoir comment commencer à augmenter la longueur? Ça me prend du temps? Aseke je m'entraîne tout les jours? J'ai besoin d'équipement? Sa prend combien de temps? Puis-je atteindre 18 cm ? T'a des vidéos qui montre comment s'entraîner? Existe-t-il des photos comme une preuve pour ceux qui ont augmenté la longueur de leur pénis?
