I do this 5 Phases in one day or I do one Phase in one day ?

You do the phases over a period of time. Phase 1 is for several months and then you move onto phase 2 and phase 3 etc.
 
Okay. But in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]Dvd[/words] the fase 1 its just 5 minutes.
I do only 5 minutos or I repeat ?

30 second reps. Basically, each stretch should be held for 30 seconds.

So..

A 30 second stretch to the right is one rep.

A collection of reps before you start from the beggining again is called a set.

Altogether, it takes about 25 minutes i think.
