hey guys... had my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for awhile but haven't been using it.

this week was my first week back and while the pressure is still good... i notice it's leaking small bubbles at the black rubber ring from the inside of the tip

what can i do to stop this leak? i feel that it slowly decreases the pressure, i can definitely feel it >:(

please help

If the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is leaking anywhere besides around the base then that is a product defect. Contact [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and they will probably give you a new one. If you're experiencing leaking around the base try trimming more, using vaseline, or reposition the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] higher or lower.

If you are talking about a leak at the top of the release valve, then you can take the tip apart and repositions the parts. I guess this happens sometimes during shipping, and is an easy fix. There was a YouTube video showing you how to take apart and clean, but I can’t seem to find it.

the leak is coming from the little black rubber ring that's on the inside... its located under the release button ... it's not accessible even if you remove the cap

is this really a product deflect and no way to fix it? :(

edit: it's not leaking any water but air is coming inside while i'm pumping !

If it is defective send [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] a email and ask for a replacement.

It happens to me sometimes too I usually have to lay flat in the tub or enter tha [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] erect or semi erect to get a good suction

For leaking at the valve area you can try:
1. Hard blowing with your mouth inside.
2. Put it on a stable table and pump down with force.
3. Open the release valve (flip it open with a "minus" screw driver) clean things and reassemble.

Tell us if it worked...

Really? I thought you can get that ring out. When you take the cap off how may pieces are you able to take out?

when i take off the cap... there is a small sponge, a rubber pin thing and a foam ring that attaches to that... so 3 pieces (not including the cap itself)

but i'm talking about the rubber ring thats on the inside.... you can see it when you press on the release button

I have no problem with getting suction.... only problem is small air bubbles are slowly leaking into the tube thru that rubber ring... i can literally see it

This sucks guys ... i believe the little rubber ring inside my valve is ruptured or something... air is coming in from the same spot every time

i tried everything suggested and air still find it's way in from the same exact spot

the more pressure there is, the more air comes in

FUCKK!!!!!

Well guys... after spending about 2 hours in the bathroom! i've noticed that sometime it can leak and sometime it's sealed tight... obviously there is some alignment problems but the plastic and the rubber ring... but at least i was able to get a good session without any leaks! I guess i will have to work with this problem.

So once i get it on and there is no leak, i'm not taking it off until 20 mins is over .... it's like trial and error =\ oh wells.. at least it still works

Why not just contact [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and get a replacement?

I found a solution to my problem ... HOT WATER!

I filled my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with steaming hot water for about 2 mins before i start my session. This seems to fix the problem. My theory is that the hot water makes the rubber ring more elastic and soft, therefore making it a better seal

thanks for all the help bros

Hi guys, I just purchased a hydro max x40. I filled it with water, positioned and got a seal but when I press it against my pelvic, no water comes out the top by the pip. Is there something I’m doing wrong or is it defective?

Check the valve at the of the pump. There is a black plastic like a switch on top of the pump. Push that black plastic that looks like a switch to the middle. You can use that plastic to block and release water from the valve. Move it to the middle, that should get it to work.

The valve at the top(pip) only locks to one side. From watching demo videos, it should be locking both sides and the middle is the open position. I understand what you’re saying in terms of positioning. I lock it to fill the cylinder, then once ready to pump, I unlock it. Still, no water comes out the top by the pip. I don’t get one bit of a vacuum seal.

I think the best thing to do when the valve is leaking, is to get a replacement valve. This fixed my problem. My pump leaked like this when I got it. The new valve fixed the leaking.

Sometimes in shipment something happens to the valve (not common but it happens). I remember I tried everything to get it to work. The only thing that fixed it, was to get a replacement valve.

Oh sorry! Okey I see. Maybe @MrBig29 was using it incorrectly.

This was really misleading if he was indeed using it incorrectly:

Please explain your issue more in detail.
Do you have a hydromax or HydroXtreme version?

I honestly thought I was using it incorrectly. I’ve watched plenty of demonstration videos. I position the valve to the closed position.
I remove the comfort insert, fill up with warm water. Replace the comfort insert, position pump by pelvic area, then move valve to the open position. When I squeeze the bellows to my body, no water ejects out the top. I have the HydroMax x40.

Here is what you should do now. Move the valve to the open position, use one finger to try blocking water from leaking out while filling the pump with water. Once it is filled, put your erect penis inside and pump.

Let him try what I suggested let's see if it is going to work for him.

Imagine, the hydromax is inverted under the shower. Whether the valve is in the close/open position, as I fill it with water, no water comes through the valve, not even drips. I’ve contacted the seller and it’ll be returned for a new one. It definitely has to be a defect with the valve.

While I wait for a replacement, I bought a cheap pump. hHave any of you guys used the “power up penis pump”? Is it effective? It comes in a purple box.

Glad you fixed the problem.
A cheap pump will not give the expansion that you desire. I have a cheap air pump. I have tried it. But the expansion/vaccum is not enough. Like throwing money into the money pit.

Noted. It was only $20. Lol that’ll do until I get the real deal.
Thank you I guys for all the replies!!
Can’t wait to start this journey.
