Hello everyone! I have been actually reading and absorbing the info and testimonials from this forum for a few years now. Didn't have an account or engage in anyway. But as someone who has always struggled with my size it has helped greatly from time to time to come in and read the progress and positivity coming out of here.
As someone who is polyamorous and in a relationship with 2 partners who also have other partners. Grappling with my insecurities and coming to terms with myself has been a big part of my journey in allowing them the freedom outside of our relationship. Ive come a long way. But unfortunately not far enough to be ok with my size.
Ive been off and on PE for the last 4 to 5 years with limited consistency and resources. Never been consistent enough to confirm but I think there is a possibility I've seen .2" of gains in all of those years.
Currently I'm looking to finally make that consistent positive change, and take the steps to find support and community.
Current size as last measured was 7.1" BPEL and 5" EG
Current goals are just 8" EL and 5.5" EG
For about 5 days back in my journey this has been my routine
5-10min manual stretching
Currently working up to 5×5×3 for girth
10min jelq and massage
5-10min edge and cool down
Also if anyone has experiences or testimonies that can help me know whether or not this is actually possible that would really help.
I appreciate any and all comments or help
