Has anyone obtained any results here primarly from stretchings though?
Is it a good length routine?
-A nice hot towel warmup
-Holding each stretch for a minute in every direction, by working into the stretch (i.e. not forcing it)
-25 cranks clockwise and counter-clockwise
-And a warm down
