I posted in the sticky newbie intro. Thread
But I fig. I would make a new thread also to introduce
Myself...
Most of you here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] don't know me or have ever heard
Of me I began pe back many years ago and met some good
People ... My old friend redzulu got some misinformation
A few years back that I was dead ... I'm not. I have been thru
Hell and back a few times with my now ex wife and some demonic
Girlfriends . But I have gotten my life straight (I think lol)
And I am returning to pe and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] ... DLD it's good to see you
Are still as devoted as ever to helping everyone out with their
Journey thru pe... And I see there are still a few others I met years ago
Are still active here. I look forward to getting to know those
Of you whom I haven't met yet , as well as talking with my
Friends from the past !!

Sadly Red is no longer with us.

Did you achieve any gains previously? If so what was your routine?

Yes I made gains... And got them pretty fast
I would have to go find my old routine to be sure what all
I did , but I created a rollers exercise
That really jumped my girth and width up
And I did manual exercises created by DLD
And some by Red and a lot of kegals
