Healing in an extended state

Healing in an extended state helps with flaccid hang. When DLD was still training I don't think he wrapped for healing and you can still gain even if you don't wrap after your session. But wrapping makes it easier to gain faster in my opinion because it allows you to heal extended

I always wrapped from day 1, this was before there was extenders. Once extenders started to came on the market they really took the place of wrapping for those who could afford one. The Phallosan is by far the best in the sense that it will secure gains and allow you to heal in a comfortable but intense state. 2 parts to PE 1.) Growing and 2.) Healing both are important and when both are observed as in SRT routine gains could not come faster or safer.

You dont have to no, is the simple answer to this. Back when DLD and many other older members here - myself included - started penis enlargement, extenders weren't well known, if at all ... its only over the past 12 years or so they have gone up in popularity.
So, no its not necessary to stay extended after PE in order to gain, but it will help if you do. Back gain, when DLD and I first started out, not as much was even known about all this stuff, it was very dark ages, all by hands stuff, and learning to walk literally with new exercises, ideas, testing this and testing that.
It seems, that using extenders for the extended period alongside other methods of penis enlargement, whatever method that is the users choice, but the extended period in extension will help with gains ... as the penis heals in sleep for example, and you can use the Phallosan when you sleep quite safely, the penis heals, with the penis in a stretched extended state it is taking full advantage of the healing stage, and setting the scene for growth.
If anything, its easier for guys now, then when it was years ago. So many companies invested in penis enlargement, needing to make sure they get a product that WORKS, and not some bullshit that promises the earth.
So, no you dont need to, but wise if you do
