have youse guys heard of amino acids(growth protein)

hello ,,i was just thinking ive been doin athletics and weights since an early age,,and ive just thought about summit,,just wondering if youse can give me some advice on this ,,and maybe it does work,,ill keep it simple,,,well the body stops producing its natural amino acids when you stop growing at about 21-22,,,but when weightlifting,,,you can get those protein shakes and they provide amino acids,,,for better growth,,do youse reckontaken these will benifit youre gains on yer penis,,bit scientific like but maybe it will help,,please leave us some suggestions
 
I think the reason they put amino acids in those protein shakes is because they help to get the maximum absorbtion of protein into your body.

sawyer. based on your past posts it seems like you really want to grow pe wise. so this advice i can give you that has helped me. stay consistent, stay focused more on quality over quantity of reps and switch up routines or add another to your workout and dont forget about kegals.
 
thanks,,,yer ill do that seems okay so far but at the beginning thats when i noticed most gains i dunno wether it was because i was smashing those protein shakes,,i was taken them when i started ,,ill just take them anyway they rnt gunna do bad,,proteins what repairs muscle it will be the stuff that does tissue aswell,,

yeah, ive been eating high protien diet diet taking shakes and the such, long before i started P.E. ( im a wieght lifter)
and ive wondered if this has helped me in my gains, which i consider pretty good given the amount of time ive been P.E.ing.

just about hit nbpel 6.3/8 x eg 5.3/8. :)
 
Protein is made up of amino acids...your body is constantly consuming protein (through food and supplementation) and producing amino acids your whole life. Without them, you would die (seriously). The amino acids listed on a protein supplement are simply the makeup of that particular protein powder. Make sense?

That being said, I am a firm believer that whey protein is one of the healthiest supplements out there. Your body cannot produce certain amino acids, so it is necessary to supplement them into your diet for optimal health. Not only will proper nutrition allow you to keep lean muscle, but it will actually help you to burn fat with this muscle. An added benefit is that a protein shake fills you up so you don't eat junk food. :)
