Progress thread Haursen's Comeback

P.S. I am considering rebounding after a PE session and wondering how my body would respond afterward. I am theorizing that rebounding would help exponentially increase the benefits of PE. I will see.
Give it a try it may truly benefit you. Without trying you'll never know.

  • Total Package Bundled Stretch Warm-Up w/ RL: 6m
So let me pause here...I have unlocked another exercise!

This exercise is advanced...in fact, VERY advanced. Avoid this exercise if you do not have OVER 6 months of training. As with the Juggernaut, there is risk vs reward. This is a high risk if the setup is not correct.

Introducing...The Celestial Stretch!

Why celestial? Because the stretch and the deep stretch you feel are out of this world! 🌠
  • Step 1: You would take your LengthMaster 3 (LM3) and strap in your lingam.
  • Step 2: You will take a strong bungee cord (I use one with hooks attached, which I use for trucking) and loop it into the circle portion of the LM3.
  • Step 3: Secure the bungee to a strong support like a bed frame.
  • Step 4: "Get into the stretch position that you want, then move until you feel a firm tug on the cord
  • Step 5: Feel the powah of the Celestial Stretch! Remember to breathe and a reverse kegel hold can help too. The stretch feeling is fierce!
I only did 3 positions (I am experimenting):
  • BTC while sitting in a chair and scooting the chair out until I felt a profound stretch.
  • Straight out
  • Straight down
Okay...I have used the LM3 for a few months, and I NEVER experienced a deeper stretch than when I discovered The Celestial Stretch. I felt the stretch deep in the internal region (the nebulous inner penis perhaps).

Again, this is for Advanced PE-ers only.

For recovery after that potent session:
  • I used RL & NRL (I had to because my lingam felt worked!) for 6 minutes
  • I wrapped it with an ACE Bandage.
  • I also found my Corkscrew which I used to wear with the Stealth. I'll wear this until I get ready to go to work then use only the ACE.
  • Health Bounce: 2m
With the Juggernaut and The Celestial Stretch, I am curious to what the next level will be like!

Yep. Looks like you've became our next guru of advanced exercises. Do you mind we coined your exercises for the brotherhood? We may need to create videos and diagrams for your stretches. I use similar exercise using the power rope method through dynamic wave oscillation. I thought my penis was going to be yanked off in 5 minutes. Every time I strap on a rope or a stretching line, the fear of the anchor points coming loose and snap me in the butt, or balls, surfaces again and again while I'm using the lines. Oh, those olden days where your gym mates smack your bare butt with a wet towel come back to haunt you.

Yep. So many brothers here brought quite a bit of methods and techniques forward that challenged and changed the fundamental of PE routines. Even the method of wrapping, observed changes to the routines, and point of attacks for the routines bring out new insights to improve the existing routines. We have to recognize the ones contributing.

- 4/5 Morning 🪵
- RL bundled Total Package downward stretch (6m)
- Celestial Stretches with exercise band (6m each bundled): BTC, downward, straight out)
- Recovery: RL/NIR light (6m), organic Shea butter application, theraband + ACE bandage wrapping.

I didn't have my truck bungee cord on hand so I improvised using an exercise band.

The first Celestial stretch (BTC) didn't have enough pull so I shortened the band and whoa 😯... Talk about intense!

When I moved to downward, I stood on a stool to increase the intensity and not for the faint at heart!

Overall, 5 star training!

Hope you’re all doing well! Sorry I’ve been MIA lately—it’s not that I forgot about you peeps; I’ve just been caught up in some serious life issues.

Just to bring you up to speed on what’s been happening lately:
  • 🏋️‍♂️ I’ve upgraded to XL condoms – so, there’s that. 😂
  • 🔄 I've been bouncing back (literally!) and staying consistent with my rebounder.
  • 🌞 Morning wood? Strong as ever! Can’t think of a better way to start the day.
  • 🛑 I’m skipping supplements on the weekends now. Got this idea from a great video on giving your body a break (link here).
  • 🌌 Last week, I tried the Celestial Stretch, and I’m pretty sure I felt some internal "itching." Is this growth in action? Feels promising!
Training Highlights from Yesterday:
  • Sleep: 8 hours 11 minutes – feeling fresh and ready to take on the day!
  • Morning Wood: Solid 4.5/5. Can’t complain when you wake up with that kind of power!
  • HIIT Training on the Rebounder: 12 minutes – and I’m telling you, this rebounder is easily the best investment I’ve made. If you’re not bouncing on one of these yet, you’re missing out! Not only does it keep things fun, but it’s also a killer workout.
  • Pre-PE Fuel: 1 scoop of Vigor with water – because hydration and a boost are essential.
  • Bundled Stretching with RL: 6 minutes of intense focus – really felt the stretch on this one.
  • SRT Routine: 5 x 5 x 3 using the Juggernauts, 12 mercury for the pumping sets, with 2 minutes of pulse pumping at 5 mercury between each set. This combo hit all the right spots and left my lingam feeling like it was carrying around a weight of its own—seriously, it was like a lead pipe swinging between my legs! 😂
  • Recovery: 10 minutes with a medium Siliring, then switched to a large Siliring for all-day comfort.
Feeling incredible overall and keeping up with the rebounder has been a game-changer! If you’re on the fence about trying one, I highly recommend taking the plunge. Let’s keep lifting each other up—literally and figuratively!

Oh, and I’ve also added some morning hip-opening exercises into the mix! I’m talking about the couch stretch, happy baby pose, pigeon pose, and even the squat prayer pose—all while sitting in front of the red light. Picture me in my morning, stretching and glowing like Goku, and you’ll get the idea. 😂

Honestly, these have been game-changers for flexibility and overall comfort. Plus, nothing like a good stretch session to start the day off right.

That itching feelings are the tissues being stretched and broken. You can scratch a damaged tissues. Massage it. Give a day to rest too.

Rest Day Recap: Keeping it Light but Focused!

Today is officially a rest day, which means I’m keeping things easy—but that doesn’t mean I’m doing nothing! I’m still keeping up with some light routines to stay on track without overdoing it. Here’s a quick look at today’s activities:

Before bed:

10-minute feeder set (5 Mercury)

Tunica Scraping (50 reps in all directions)

Cross leg hold

Sleep & Wake-Up Results:

Sleep: 6 hours, 53 minutes (not bad!)

Morning Wood: 4.8/5

Morning routine:

Happy Baby Pose with deep pelvic breathing

10-minute feeder set (5 Mercury)

4 minutes rebounding

Throughout the day:

Ace Wrap (wearing it all day)

It’s been a solid rest day without feeling too lazy. Here’s to keeping the progress steady—slow and steady wins the race, right?

I bought a scraping tool the oder day but never got to use it.

Thank you for stopping by... I'm on the fence if Tunica scraping works or not. I do not think it hurts to do the scraping and helps increase circulation. Maybe Gua Sha helps with collagen and folding the collagen in place... If I had a x-ray microscope to see what happens when I do the scraping that would be interesting.
