Progress thread Haursen's Comeback

Thank you for stopping by... I'm on the fence if Tunica scraping works or not. I do not think it hurts to do the scraping and helps increase circulation. Maybe Gua Sha helps with collagen and folding the collagen in place... If I had a x-ray microscope to see what happens when I do the scraping that would be interesting.

im thinking to do a mix of scraping + bundled stretches to break down the tissues.
I'll try and let you know

🎉 TGIF PE Training Update! 🎉

Hey! Happy Friday! Just thought I'd share my latest PE adventure with you all—think of it as a journey of epic “proportions” 😆. Buckle up, because this ride includes sleep stats, morning wood, and a thick-as-ever finish! Here’s how my Friday routine went:

🛌 Sleep Stats 🛌
  • Sleep: 7 hours and 1 minute (yes, that 1 minute makes a difference!).
  • Morning Wood: Solid 4.5 out of 5 (I woke up pretty pleased, let’s say 😏).
  • Before Bed Prep:
    • Testicle massage
    • Pumping session at a low 5 Mercury (keeping it easy breezy & I went all in for 12 minutes while exposing the tube to RL).

📈 PE Training Routine 📈

Here’s where the real action happened, folks:
  • 12 minutes rebounding (ladders)
  • 6 minutes of bundled stretching with the power of red light therapy shining down on me (I felt like a new PE superhero).
  • SRT 5x5x3 with the juggernauts (yep, you read that right).
  • Pumping steady at 12 Mercury (had to stop occasionally to keep that pressure in check). When I lost pressure? No problem! Used it as an opportunity for some pulse-pumping moments.
  • Between sets:
    • 1 minute holding steady at 5 Mercury, then a minute of pulse pumping.

🔧 Recovery Mode 🔧

After that intense session, here’s how I kept things calm and “contained”:
  • 10 minutes with a medium cock ring (just to keep the gains warm).
  • All-day cock ring for that around-the-clock effect!

👀 The Grand Finale 👀

Guys, when I came out of the tube, my lingam was so thick it made a POP sound as it escaped! 😂 Never thought I’d be this pleased of a pop, but here we are. Seriously, it looked and felt amazing.

Also, before bed, I’m doing experimenting with fewer exercises, just to see what impact it has on my EQ. It's all about testing and adjusting to get the best results, right?

Just a check in. My colleagues from afar is asking how your morning woods are coming with the new methods of approach. They are suggesting the brothers from many different worldwide mothers to follow your examples for self experience. You are now a well known worldwide celebrity.

Between a Stretch and a Hard Place and Trucking Along: A Weekly Update

Hey PE Fronds! 👋

This week has been a bit of a stretch—literally and figuratively! 🚛💪

Let me pull you in for some updates, and I promise there’s no knotty business here. 😉

Weekly Highlights:

  • The "Celestial Stretch" Fiasco 🌌:
On Tuesday, I dusted off the ol’ routine and tried setting up the Celestial Stretch on my bedpost. It was like assembling IKEA furniture without instructions—ugly but effective! The wrapping kept sliding forward and squeezing the glans—ouch! Definitely not my finest point.
  • New Job Role 🚛:
I’ve officially started a new position at my trucking company! It’s like shifting gears in life—exciting but also a bit of a grind (pun intended).
  • Car Troubles Resolved 🚗🙏:
By God’s grace, our car is fixed! We can finally stop playing “Guess Why The Check Engine Light Is On” on the highway.
  • No "Sexy Saturday" 😴:
Last weekend, no Sexy Saturday for us. I’m learning to pump the brakes when my wife’s too tired. Saying no is hard, but hey, self-care is also part of the journey!
  • Feeder Sets? 🏋️‍♂️:
Some days after work, I managed to squeeze in some feeder sets (pun intended). Other days, I was just too wiped out. Gotta listen to the body!
  • No Tunica Scaping 🚫:
Nada. Zilch. No tunica scaping this week. Tunic-an't win ‘em all!
  • Morning Wood Report 🌲:
According to my sleep app, I had some solid growth moments:
    • 4/5 on Thursday
    • Maybe Tuesday (too groggy so guessing)
    • Maybe Monday(too groggy so guessing)
    • (Who knew sleep tracking could be this… revealing?)
  • Pulse Pumping Experiment 💡:
I tried a pulse pumping routine with red light therapy before bed—12 Hg for 6 minutes, followed by a Siliring and 10 minutes of rebounding nude. Results? Morning wood at a 4/5 level. Hmmm, something’s glowing here!

Final Thoughts:
Feeling thankful to have made it through another week by God’s grace. 🙏 Here's to growth, learning, and a little laughter along the way!

And now, I leave you with a dad joke because laughter is also part of the routine:

Why did the bedpost refuse to help with my workout?
Because it was already too tied up!

Stay blessed and keep stretching those goals (especially my married men readers)! 💪

I truly love you faith pray every day that other brothers accept Jesus into their life. Making gains we should always be thankful to Christ. I would love if they express their faith. I see it's working for you and I give all praise to God. May Jesus continue to bless you.

Rise and shine, folks! 🌞 You know what they say: Why did the scarecrow win an award? Because he was outstanding in his field! Speaking of outstanding, here’s how my day has shaped up so far:

💤 Sleep: A solid 8 hours and 23 minutes of beauty rest. That’s right, my body is recovering like a pro.

🌲 Morning wood: Coming in strong at 4 out of 5 today. Not quite a Redwood, but definitely taller than a Bonsai.

Oh! Before hitting the hay last night, I did 5 minutes of rebounding—just a little bounce on the trampoline to get the blood flowing. 🏀 Turns out, it’s not just for basketballs! It’s a great way to shake off the day... and to realize how freeing rebounding feels on the testicles and lingam. By the way...Why don’t skeletons ever rebound? Because they don’t have the guts! 💀

Today, though, PE had to take a back seat 🚗💨 because it’s my wife’s birthday! 🎂🎉 We celebrated with a lovely lunch, lots of laughs, and zero pumping or pulling on the lingam.

Sometimes, life is about more than girth goals—gotta keep the heart full, too. ❤️

Tomorrow, I’ll get back to the grind because it’s girth week, and I’m feeling pumped (pun intended).

But for now, I’ll leave you with this: Why do we tell actors to "break a leg"? Because every play needs a cast. 🎭

Stay bouncy, my readers! 😅

SOS!

My pump is not producing suction!

I thought the issue may be because I have too much fur in my nether regions (lol) yet I do not think this is the case.

Halp!

What happened? Did you do a submerging leak test section by section? Just use air only while adding negative pressure. Do not submerge the trigger.

Hey friends,

For those who don't know me my username is Haursen.

If you check my profile I have been away for many years. However, due to different changes in my life I'm back and ready to start the work that is needed for PE.

Some of the changes that happened since I've been gone have been I have been experiencing weak erections, I had a career change to where I am no longer in the office position and I am now in the transportation industry (which means that I'm on the road daily). In August my wife and I will be empty nesters.

So at age 52, many changes have happened and will happen this year.

I used to be a PE veteran so to speak however when the scandemic hit, I had stopped altogether.

I started PE again in January focusing a lot on girth because I am approximately 6 in and I didn't want to focus on length.

However, I noticed that my erections were getting weaker and when I started to incorporate stretches I ended up injuring my pelvic floor so I ended up taking a break last week. My regular workout schedule was Monday Wednesday and Friday with Tuesday Thursday and the weekend off.

I used to have a Mity Vac all right end up getting rid of it during the whole scamdemic because... Reasons.

I realized that Mity Vac is the most affordable and versatile pump that's out there and no company can touch the lifetime warranty so these factors drew me back to wanting to order the pump again.

What is different this time is that my wife knows about it because I purchased the Mity Vac as a birthday present for myself along with a device to help with restoring my foreskin.

My work situation is almost similar to @pumpingnewbie , I normally get home between 2:00 a.m. or 3:00 a.m. and on good days 1:00 a.m.

I was able to do PE at about 11:30 a.m. for approximately 30 minutes before I received the pump.

This week I am following Susan Braxton's pumping guide although I did read on MOS about the five times three schedule and I am curious about that as well.

I look forward to learning from each of you who have had success with pumping and I plan on taking measurements soon... I probably can only get the length right now because my erection levels are not that great.

Anyhow I'm rambling now but I just wanted to thank DLD and MOS for taking the time to answer my questions about the pump and taking the time to do so.

I will do my best to post soon and use this post as my PE log.

Thank you for reading and I look forward to learning from each of you.
Welcome back Brother!

It will either require you to sit in a shallow tub or a flat rigid surface to place over the end of the cylinder for pressure trapping.

Trigger test:
  • Unplug the hose off the cylinder. Cover only your finger over the hose, and pump. If there's an air leak between the hose and trigger pump, you know right away the trigger or the hose is not holding air.
  • Remove the hose from the barb on the trigger pump. Place your finger over the air inlet barb of the trigger, and pump. If the pressure is not holding, trigger pump is at fault. If the trigger is holding pressure, the hose may not be.
  • If both hose and pump are holding pressure, it could be the water trap, the line between the cylinder and the water trap, or the cylinder is losing pressure.
Water trap and second hose test:
  • Do the same thing as the trigger test to diagnose the pressure beween the water trap and the second hose segment.
The cylinder test:
  • Fill the sink/tub up with water, until you can effectively submerge the cylinder, the water trap, and the hose under water.
  • Place the cylinder against your thigh for pressure test. Pump.
  • If the cylinder is cracked, which is quite rare, the water will intrude somewhere along the cylinder.
  • If the upper gasket is bad, such as the o-ring or the threading, water will intrude at the top.
  • If the valve connector is bad, you can visibly see intrusive water from the component as well going into the hose and into the cylinder.

I’ve Been Found! 🚛💪

Hey PE fronds! 👋

Guess who's back, back again? That’s right, you found me! Or maybe I found you? Either way, I’ve been off the radar lately, but I promise it’s for a good reason. Yours truly has been trucking along in a new role as an instructor at my company. Yep, I’m shaping future road warriors one gear shift at a time. 🚛💨

But let’s talk PE updates before you start thinking I’ve swapped the Juggernaut for a jug of diesel.

This Week’s “Workout”

Tuesday (I think? Days blur together out here), I squeezed in a girth training session. Here’s what went down:

  • Workout: Juggernaut Method, 5x5x3 formula
  • Between Sets: 2 minutes of tunica scraping (goodbye edema, hello smooth sailing)
  • Finisher:
    • Medium Siliring on the shaft for 10 minutes.
    • Followed it up with the all-day large Siliring for that extra boost.
After Tuesday? Well, not much else happened in the training department. Why? The MityVac pump decided to go rogue. 😤

The Pump Debacle

So, I did the ol' troubleshoot routine based on @oldandlively 's wisdom. Tested for pressure loss. None found. 🕵️‍♂️

The real culprit? My glorious forest of pubic hair. 🌳 Even the silicone donut couldn’t keep it from messing with the seal. So, until I get that landscaping under control, the pump’s on a break.

Instead, I stuck with lingam wrapping through the week, and on Saturday, I turned to my trusty Stealth corkscrew for some passive length and possible girth work. It's a weirdly satisfying device, like putting your lingam in a spiral staircase. 😄

Sexy Saturday Update

Saturday night brought “Sexy Saturday” with my wife (a tradition worth keeping). I went all in, starting with the supplement Vigor… which I completely forgot was a no-no on weekends. Oops. I also accidentally took my regular stack. So, yeah, I was stacked. 🤷‍♂️

Fun fact: I noticed I’ve lost a bit of girth because the smaller condom wasn’t tight. Surprising, right? Told my wife about the pump testing and no-leak results, and she laughed then stated that I did good. This is when I gave her my best “Mmm-hmmm” (in the sexiest way possible). She laughed again.

Next Week’s Goals

This week, I’m focusing on length work. Hopefully, no more mishaps with the pump or my supplement schedule. And yes, I’ll deal with the deforestation project. 😂

And now, your Dad Joke of the Week:

Why did the PE enthusiast get kicked out of the comedy club?

Because his “stand-up” act was too stiff! 😎

Catch you all on the forums, friends! Stay strong, stay consistent, and remember—this is a marathon, not a sprint. 💪

P.S. We had car trouble again...so much that we will sell the lemon. 🍋

First off, congrats on the new role. A promotion with a $$$ raise I pray.

Looks like the forest is playing a peek-a-boo with the pressure. Good to hear that the pump is still working well. Definitely need to deforest that down and under jungle.

Yes...still wondering if I am cut out to be an instructor...praying for His guidance and help.
Believe in your skills, your ability to lead, your meticulous directions, and your love of the work. You have them all. With that in mind, He will bless and strengthen your endeavor in the new role.
