Do you know how much traction force you're using on the LM? I'm guessing that if you're pushing 10 and 11inHg on the pump, you're hitting around 9 to 12lbs on the traction force for the LM. I may be wrong. If you can, measure it with weight using the LM to assist. Why doing it? Traction force dictate the tissue resistance to tear. We may be advising you to use micro trauma routine soon rather than constant tension routine.

What are micro traumas? It's a quick tug/pull exceeding the normal constant traction force. Say you're doing 8lbs of constant tracion force for BTC, Terminator, or crank, you may be doing a single tug/pull for 7 seconds within that set going into 12lbs of sudden force. You create instant micro tears in multiple areas. When you twist in a bundled stretch, doing the same causes multi-factorial tears all over within those few seconds. But this is for the latter days far into the future. Do make sure to measure the traction force/weight loading every week when you can.

To sum it up, if you use the pump, you need to gauge how much vacuum pressure you use. Same with the Length Master, make sure how much pull traction tension you are using. To gauge how much traction tension you are using, you use normal weights, mount them to the Length Master after strapping it on, and feel the hanging weights to compare how much tugging and pulling you are performing using the Length Master using your arm strength. This is gauging with the Length Master.

Amazing training today and I am enjoying water pumping. I was considering using cold water for the very last pump at 8Hg however I don't think that that would be helpful at all.
 
Okay. Let me further simplify the statement.

For the Length Master, do you know how hard you are pulling/pushing when you use it? The pulling/pushing force is measured by foot pound. But, the easy way to measure it is like the weights at the gym. If you pick up the barbell at 5lbs, that 5lbs of gravitation force being done on your arm. For your penis, we gauge the amount of weight or traction force being exerted on your penis during your routine from pulling or pushing the LM handles. How can you tell? You simply hang a rope to some weights, and attach that rope to the LM and compare.

If the tugging and pulling while using the LM feels like the weight attached to the LM you compared earlier, that is your current baseline traction force. You need to monitor how much traction force you are putting on your penis, not just by going on a gut feeling. The gut feeling is pumping blind without a gauge. Not knowing where you are in terms of traction force while using your LM can cause more harm than good, just like going crazy with Bathmate pumping without a gauge.

Decent training today and I will take two scoops of organic collagen since I was stretching intensely today.

Other training nuances I would bundle to the left and then bundle to the right at times and if I was doing cranks I would bundle in One direction and crank for 30 seconds.

I would also timer at 30 seconds bundle it opposite direction and then finish the rest of the 30 seconds with the crank.

I did the same switching the direction of the bundle with expressive stretching as well.

As far as traction force is concerned this may be something that I will explore later and possibly purchase the digital weight reader from MOS shop.

Right now I just wanted to keep it simple and just focus on getting the stretch as intense as I can without overdoing it.

Look carefully now. I've been scratching head and try to wrap around why there are days your morning erection just fizzled out. It suddenly slapped me in the face as I walked around and stared at the growing trees near the office, "Well duh. You got stressed, and you got over stressed. Stresses came in form of fatigues. You also got stresses in form of overburdened of nutrients. It's like shoving a cup full of fertilizer onto a growing plants, thinking that more is good. I went back and checked your logs on days you used and introduced new materials as supplements. I want to kick myself for the oversight.

Do me a favor and cut back on the half of the collagen, and try to skip the supplement to every other day for me for a week. This is just and experiment. If erection still occurs without the penis going fatigued, cut back to one third every other day on all the supplements after another week.

Why? I think your body is aggressively getting rid of the excess. When your penis hits fatigues from over exercises, it got hit with a secondary stresses form excess bioavailabilities. Stresses on top of stresses.

That is also a factor as well. But there are times where you sleep well but no erections. It got me thinking on a different plane. Better to think on variable dimensions than singular. Rule out everything and fine tune every possibilities, and what's leftover is the optimal probabilities.

Prodigious training today!

Before I went to bed, I took my protein powder and added two scoops of collagen.

On my length training days, I take two scoops of collagen due to the intensity of the training.

I ended up with morning erection again so could sleep have been a factor? Possibly...although I will be open to @oldandlively suggestion.

In other news, I purchased a lumebox due to the discount that was offered. In other words, my training will go to another level because I'll be using red light therapy! 🤯

Rest is indeed a factor. Something else is lingering in the depth. If you can ease up on the supplements and still get the erections and gains, more power to you. We are also prepping your body to maximize the available resources as efficiently as possible. Too much is not good, too little is not good, so we need to find that perfect Goldie Lock zone.

Wow. That is one very balanced supplement list. Since they are at very low dosages, plus, they also generate a few grams of excess, your kidneys are working hard to flush out the excess. What you have is a compounding payloads of an ultra virile vitamins for men who push forward to get a woman pregnant. It can cause excess accumulation to stress your bodies at time when your blood flow is not as active as a young buck running around like an athlete

So, you have two options with the supplement accumulation:
  1. Reduce to half and take it every other day to slowly use up what is still accumulated. Then..
  2. Supplements intake once every other day to force your body to optimize the uptake of what's available.
You can flip #2 to #1 to prevent the possible loss of your bioavailabilities as well. Whichevee direction you take, make sure to start on the note taking and observations.
