I can wear the SG!

I wore the SG with (I think) 1-inch bars for 1 hour at max torque.

I am doing another hour before bed and I added 0.5 bars with torque going to the first line when it submerges.

  • Before leaving for work, I wore the SG for my commute for 1 hour then removed before trucking. I attempted to get the first bar to submerge yet it didn't so I extended as best I could.
Incredible training today... I am a bit puzzled at my last sexy Saturday with my wife.

Gone are the days where I would have strong EQ and I will have to fluff myself up in order to get ready for intimacy.

My lingam didn't even get hard when we showered together naked. 😢

She even asked me if I'm still doing my training which I shared with her I am.

I was discouraged and I don't want to do TRT if possible.

I almost became tempted to just give up PE altogether however quitting is never an option.

I have been slacking on taking borax so I will attempt to put borax in liquid again and consume that see how that helps my EQ.

I also did not use the contrast water pumping because I want the hypersensitivity of my glans to heal.

So I will stick with hot water for right now. and may possibly use contrast water pumping once a month.

Truly puzzled right now. My EQ is struggling before Sexy Saturday with my wife. I don't get hard when I see her naked. I don't get hard when I attempt to fluff. I'm starting to get depressed by this. 😢
 
The free version may be to small from the start. Must be the SiliSleev5 I presume?

If you can, get something with a bit larger diameter, such as a bottle or a wooden dowel/broom stick. Roll over the large bottle with brute force, leave it on the bottle for a few hours, and you get a loosen sleeve. If you use the larger broom stick, add a bit of hair dryer heat to loosen up the silicone property. As it cools down, the new form will be at the larger size.

Brother SIM and my penises nearly got strangled to death the moment it went on in full. I thought I could have killed mine through a full Nelson choke hold.

I am thinking maybe it's time for a reset.

I am considering using SizeGenetics every Monday every day and putting my normal length and girth routine to rest for one week. I will not use any of the MOS tools (e.g. LM3 or MityVac).

I need time to figure out why my EQ has flatlined.

Interesting. EQ dropped, but everything remains the same. Everything in your weekly routine seemed rushed as well. Go ahead and give a week of reset and see what's going on. Keep the supplements intake the same as well. If it doesn't reset, give both PE and supplements intake both another reset.

Will do...I also have my order of Vigor and Creapure come in. I am considering doing kegels + reverse kegels to strengthen my pelvic floor.

Girth: Unknown

Goals: Strong EQ, 8x6 may shoot for 9 because I am seeing evidence that if one stops training, length is lost.
9 is awesome and your not far from that just remain consistent
 
have you seen results from the SizeGenetics
I have had the SG since April and only last month finally found out to wear it properly! So no results because I wore it wrong or my lingam would slip out the SG or I would get frustrated and not wear at all.

Either system will cause something. If you are active with SiliStretcher, you can get blisters if and only if you don't prevent the cap from rubbing your glans. I found a way to completely isolate the rubbing. Simple Theraband wrap between the cup and base of penis. That sucker don't even move a millimeter at 15lbs of pulling force.

For SG, the same thing with friction rub either at the glans's base or the shaft if you use the strap. Ooopphh..dealt with that kind of pain as well.

Observation: I noticed since wearing the SG for up to 2 hours that when I reach about approximately 20 minutes before my time is up...my lingam feels like the skin cells are making microscopic tears and I now know not to kegel when wearing the extender because this action seems to increase the tiredness feeling (aka I need to take it off now).

At the 2-hour mark, I am definitely ready to take it off because my lingam is sore and the head feels numb.

After I do a massage and helicopters, my lingam is back to normal and I did notice that I was hanging lower. The hanging lower could be just mental or it could be actual.

EQ Experiments:

- 8/10/24: I consumed a can of Juice Performer before bed to see if this changed my EQ (aka give morning wood). No change. I also used my normal scoop of Calcium Magnesium with water.
- 8/11/24: I will consume one more can (I bought two) of Juice Performer (the one can was beet juice with B12). The second can is beet juice with pineapple juice. Cal-Mag with water will be taken as well. Update, Lord willing, tomorrow morning.

P.S. I also ate a few slices of watermelon at dinner tonight.

P.S.S. I also bought pumpkin seeds (organic) and will use a tennis ball to massage my prostate. I ordered a lacrosse ball that will come this Wednesday for massage.

Forward Thinking - Game plan

Lord willing, I am planning to do the following:
  • PE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • Rest Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday
  • SizeGenetics everyday
I will see how my EQ fares and if there is any improvements. Oh, I have been Uncle Jimming my lingam and going commando at work. I will still Uncle Jim yet will need to wear boxer shorts because at times I have urine stains appear on my work jeans. 😣🤦🏿‍♂️

I can go commando at home with my baggy sweatpants and even wear my SizeGenetics stealth like.
 
His explanation still lacks nearly half the scientific point of view. But he's covering the medical aspect of water vs air. Bathmate can also do air, but the lack gauge out the box is a pain. A mod gauge can be done just a bit more, but indeed it's an expensive system due to the multi method design.

We can go head to head with both. It doesn't need to be a bath or shower for either. I can prove both. As he indicated, comfort is also a key, using a pump donut will provide the same comfort. I used Doc Johnson for over a decade, so I know everything to know about cylinder vac type. I also converted it using water as well using a full liter liquid trap. One mistake and the air vac pump can suffer immediately. I have to replace 4 pistol pumps and 9 air gauges due to water damages as well. So, I have plenty of experience on the pump system. This is why I switched to Bathmate just for the experience on the other side of the PE coin.
He actually said in the conclusion at the end that he actually prefers using the BM Xtreme, but due to time restraints he uses the air pump as he can get it done quicker with that.

I wanted to pump today except car trouble came up again. Plus I had red on my anus and in my stool.

I researched beet juice making the stool turn red and found out that this is possible. I will monitor. Supposed to clear in 24-48 hours.

Update... The red color in my stool and on my anus was indeed the result of the red beet juice. I defecated today (I know major TMI 😅) and there was no red on my anus or in the stool. Praise God for his Mercy!

Magnificent training today! I had the idea to use the red light therapy while doing the ssjs and after the training was done my lingam had truly hulked out! Thank you, God! 🤯

I'm also going to shy away from doing bundled ssjs. I have a feeling that this may have caused nerve damage. Just a theory though.
