Amazing training today and by God's grace everything flowed well.

I am going to attempt to go up to 12 hg based on rat studies. 10.5 hg felt comfortable while still being challenging.

I wore the SizeGenetics and did my best to get to 1200 setting. I am not sure if I did it right because the video instructions vs. reality did not match up.

I will attempt for the research and see if I can find videos that explicitly shows how to wear it in a way that one can get to the proper settings.

Lastly I started to take horny goat weed again because my wife is overwhelmed by the amount of supplements I have in the refrigerator so I don't want to waste what I bought so I just might as well take it.

Instead of taking one capsule I now take two before bed and my morning erection was so so.

Look at you! You are entering growth territory at 10+ inHg. Going into 11 inHg later will get your penile tissues into the next level. But creep up from here. At 10 inHg, you are already in the high growing zone. Stay here until you sense there is no more growth. But if you're pumping with air, it can be safely creep up into 14inHg. This is entering into upper unsafe zone. 16inHg of air is blister formation zone for air. 13 to 14inHg for water. Make sure to be careful from here on out.
 
The SizeGenetics is very difficult to figure out. Take your time and get the most out of it

I am still having a learning curve with the SizeGenetics and I have been researching on other discussion site on how to wear it properly and adjust it properly.

Tomorrow, Lord willing, I need to attend a town hall meeting for my work so I think I will skip pumping and just use the SizeGenetics for an hour and then put on the the Siliring for the rest of the day.

No need to experience negative stress and trying to rush because my meeting starts at 2:00 p.m.
 
Just take your time and learn it with perfection. There is always a learning curve with equipment

I did not mean to wear it over an hour however I was driving to work so I had to wait until I was at a Pilot truck stop and then I was able to take it off.

I'm there I just used a Siliring for the rest of the day and this morning (currently 1:06 am as I type this at my la
st stop).

You need mote than an hour to make better gains I suggest 3 hours a day
As DLD said, 1.3 hours is not enough. The stretching for the ADS will need that extra push to continually break the cellular structures down, and allow time to add more growth gap. This is just me, but using Size Genetics, same as my old JES Extender, while driving and being a bit dangerous, wear shorts, allow the max extension possible where the loading spring is no longer seen. You are maxing out at 5lbs. Wear it like that for 1 hour. After that, ease up to the 2nd marker level at 1.75lb of traction force. I used to do it at 7.5lbs for 30 minutes using upgraded springs, and ease up at 1.5lbs for the rest of the 3 hours. That alone built crazy fatigue. If you can wear it longer using lower traction force during drive, do so. It will help you. 8 hours is the recommended requirement.

I was surprised that even if I came home five in the morning and only got about approximately 6 hours of sleep I still had a morning erection which was mind-blowing! 🤯

I haven't shared this in my journal... I am now taking grass-fed whey protein (21g) along with a mineral supplement and HMB (500 mg) plus micronized creatine (5g) at bed time.

Just because I came home late I did take two NAC capsules as well in order to protect my immune system.

@DLD @oldandlively Regarding the SizeGenetics, I was just following the instructions to wear one hour a day for a week then build from there.

Do you think that because I am conditioned enough that I can do 3 hours or 8 hours or do I just progress up to those hours?

Oh I have been using NSDR or non-sleep deep rest in my recovery due to lack of sleep at times and this has been quite an amazing experiment... I am learning a difference between sleep vs. rest.

Brilliant training today and I took a chance by pumping with no sleeve on! I made certain to lube before I entered the chamber.

In hindsight, this may have been the reason why I had a skin tear a few months back.

The results were rather positive and I will continue to explore this option in the future!

I've noticed that the tick marks do not bury into the spring when I tighten it.

Although I do visibly see my penis stretch when I tighten. 🤔
 
Hm. Did it update the design for you unit? Odd. If it doesn't compress completely but you can still add another segment into the extension rod, go for it. Don't use the adjusting wheel for the extension base. I learned the hard lesson that it will bend if it's more than 0.25in exposed. I simply use extension segments, be 0.25in, 0.5in, or a full 1in.

Take your time to understand the extender. My suggestion is to press the base onto the food scale to truly under the compression traction force. New springs tend to be a bit stronger and higher in traction force from the compression. Know how much compression generate the requires traction force.

Hello friends,

The rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated. 😂

I am still around and I have a new trucking route which is full of activity so for me to update has been and will be a challenge.

Just to let you know that by the grace of God, I am still having morning erections and I am using the SizeGenetics as much as possible.

Yesterday I did approximately 3 hours and I had to release the strap because I think due to slippage.

However when I got home from work in the morning I remembered what my life coach said in regards to maximizing your minutes so what I did is I put on the SizeGenetics before getting ready to take a shower, brushing my teeth and then I took it off before the shower.

Today (May 7) I had a goal to do 4 hours of SizeGenetics and I have 37 minutes remaining.

On the side note...today was supposed to be manual stretch day however I figured that I would just do the SizeGenetics instead and plus my wife was hungry for lunch so I didn't want to hold up my lunch with the family by me being in the shower doing my manual stretches.

I started off with high tension and when I started to feel uncomfortable I went ahead and released tension and just wore it as a extender with no tension at all.

Then when that became uncomfortable I went ahead and took it off. I have 37 minutes left for today however I am being flexible and I may wear it when I get to home or when I have the time available.

I'm learning that process is primary and to enjoy the journey.
 
PS after watching hinks video about common penis injuries I am making an executive decision to stop doing kegels during pumping just to be on a safe side and instead I would do kegels on stretching days.

And I mean doing the kegels when I am not doing the manual stretching or even the extender.
 
I have a Himalayan salt massage stone that I can use again (I dropped out of the habit of doing this). The massage recommendation you made reminds me of BD's tunica scaping concept:

I follow BD on other discussion site and have been doing the tunica scraping before pumping and it’s great.

Also be careful with that noose extender. BD and Hinks warns against them. Vac extending with a cup would be a lot safer and better. You’d be able to go up in tension without the fear of the noose digging into your penis and messing up your nerves.
