In the middle of my kegals,i actually kegaled myself into an erection,the wood wouldnt go down easy at all. I had to actually wait like 10 minutes for it to go down.I tried clasping around the head so it would go down which usually works,not this time though the only thing i could do was wait

Don't think that's ever happened to me before, but whenever I get an undesirable erection and I have a little bit of privacy, I just bring my knees up to my chest. Don't know why, but that usually kills the erection in a minute or so. It's even more effective if I'm laying down.

im having trouble focusing on the pc muscle and squeezing it by itself, but when I do it happens occasionally...i seem to squeeze my stomach and pc muscle. weird

I noticed why it happens though. My dick moves when I kegel and if its touching against something it rubs up and makes me hard
