Hey there, has anyone tried doing a reverse kegle at the stat of each jelq stroke ... I tried it the other night and it seemed to pump more blood to towards the head making me think that it might be a more effective way of jelqing .... look forward to your ideas.

Sounds like a cleverway to engorge the penis more during a jelq stroke.
I've never done this, so thanks for the idea cos I gotta try it when I jelq again.
