I definitely will. This thing is extremely comfortable. This morning I did a session with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]. Then I put on the PF right after. I can definitely see how gains will come. I am staying in the extended position. I can wear this thing all day without bothering me. I was going to wear it the other night but since I just got it, I am going to wear it all night on Sunday night. I would tonight except I am sure I will be doing some stuffing. At any rate, this thing is wonderful. I will definitely keep all of you posted. I guess first thing I should do is go measure.

You shou;d Wear it for a few days before testing it while sleeping.Want to ensure the pressure isn't too much or blood flow cut and all the other issues.
Still want one, but pricey for sure. Been looking at the lg hanger one which is a only about 150 might pick that one up

What I suggest to start overnight use is to set an alarm every 2 hours to see if things are good. After that go for 3 hours and so forth until you get to the total sleeping time. This is the safest approach.
