Thanks for the update my brother it looks like things are going very well. I have one suggestion for you and that is to do five minutes of bundled stretching before you start your work out. This will allow you to take up much more size by pre-stretching your Tunica. Try it out let me know how it goes

Days 189-203
Warm up - 10 minutes
Jelq - 5 minutes
PowerAssist - 5 minutes
Hanging - 2.7kg (6lbs) 20 minutes, 10 minutes jelq/firegoat rolls between sets (x5)
MityVac - 5 minutes at 5hg, 1 minute jelq (x2)
VacExtender - 3 to 4 hours
 
Pretty good. Haven't been very consistent due to lack of time, so I'm gonna have to go back to vac hanging to cut time in half

Well just keep your head in the game somehow so you can put yourself in full force when you have more time.
 
Days 264-274
Bathmate Hydro7: 2 days on, 2 days off
Jelq - 5 minutes
Hydro7 - 7-8 minutes
Jelq - 5 minutes

Slowly getting back into it. Trying to work from home more so I can hang at my desk. But for now, just pumping
 
Feels good to be back DLD! Life has gotten me down for a bit, but I'm ready to bounce back. No matter how long it may take

Warm up - 10 minutes
Vac Hanging (SD, SO) 1 hour
Hydro7 - 10 minutes
Cool down - 5 minutes
