Take your time and rewrite your routine to fit your schedule. You don’t want to get into a place of discouragement or being bogged down by a PE schedule that does not work with your own schedule. Write something realistic that will be easy to do

Sounds like a plan. I wish my schedule would be the same for a straight year. That's all I need to gain what I want

Day 93: A.M. to P.M.
Warm up - 20 minutes
LengthMaster bundled stretches - 12 minutes
Vac Hanging - 30 minutes at 2.2 kg
ADS - 7 hours
 
Keeping going pal, when was your last measure?
Thanks brother, I'll try my hardest! Last measurement was in June, then I took a decon break. Needless to say I lost the minimal gains I had from June, but come day 120 I'm sure I'll have it back and then some
 
Well if you ever need any help putting a routine together with any special needs please just ask if you need my help
 
Days 99-102:
Pumping here and there. Decided to have some fun with the wife for a while. Usually I find myself at a constant 20 cm in the pump, but recently at 20.5 to 21 cm. So far so good

The wonderful thing about pumping is you can use it with your wife! Even if it’s a temporary gain it still has a wonderful affect!
