Very minimal. I haven't been able to do much as I'd like, so I will measure on day 120 instead of day 90Are you seeing any signs of good growth? When will you measure again?

Losing more and more time to do PE. I need to reshape my routine in order to fit my schedule. Possibly light vac hanging and pump work along with manuals from the LM.
Take your time and rewrite your routine to fit your schedule. You don’t want to get into a place of discouragement or being bogged down by a PE schedule that does not work with your own schedule. Write something realistic that will be easy to do
Thanks brother, I'll try my hardest! Last measurement was in June, then I took a decon break. Needless to say I lost the minimal gains I had from June, but come day 120 I'm sure I'll have it back and then someKeeping going pal, when was your last measure?

Pumping here and there. Decided to have some fun with the wife for a while. Usually I find myself at a constant 20 cm in the pump, but recently at 20.5 to 21 cm. So far so good
It's the best. Bathmate followed by air pumping is a great comboThe wonderful thing about pumping is you can use it with your wife! Even if it’s a temporary gain it still has a wonderful affect!
