Hanging decreasing gains?

i started hanging about a month ago and was hanging straight out my bpsfl was like just over 9" like maybe 91/4 at a hard stretch but as i was hanging everyday for the last month i re measured and i can only stetch to 9" bpsfl. when i felt too tired i used lighter weight for a day and the next day i would hang at the original weight am i supposed to have actual rest days when i hang and dont hang completely cus i read on bibs forum and he says to hang light to keep the penis in extended state. im just a bit worried that i seem to be losing the stretchability or something, help please

As far as I know Bib doesn't say to hang light weights. He says reach the weight which brings fatigue in first set or second and then reduce weight to remain comfortable. That doesn't mean 'light weight', it could be just 1 pound below your max weight. Following his phrases we should get fatigue every session. I don't know about losing gains, haven't experienced yet but I don't believe that. You should not take any days off unless you are in danger of injury. If you don't have time or if you are very fatigued it's good to hang at least one set that day even at lighter weight to pull out folds, and pulling out folds constantly means healing in extended state

the penis and body reacts to what you do with it. if trama is drawn to the penis it draws up a bit to prtect its self. that probably the best top stretch to push pass that length. its just like when you get hit in the dick or go running of cold water. it protects himself. if your shorter work harder
