Hanger that dont hurt

I've tried a modified BIB hanger; a hanger that had this tubing do have around the dickhead and then hang heavy stuff in the end of it etc.. Now, I dont wanna make or buy another hanger before someone can tell me which one that really works and do not hurt. No, Im not talking about the "good" pain here, the one that comes from stretching, Im talking about the one you get when your damn dickhead turns blue and hurts around the edge. lol..

Are you sure you aren't having a wrapping problem? That's what that sounds like to me.

As MG said, wrapping is king when it comes to restrictive exercises like Hanging and Extending. The smallest wrinkle or twist in the wrap an it will cause pinching an pain. Take you time, find a wrapping technique from the many that are on the forum, master it an everything will change. When I was hanging I could not go heavier than 5 pounds without pinching. Once I got my wrapping down correctly I was hanging 50 pounds with no pain.
