4/6/24 Did a couple hundred kegels in morning after using bathroom. I tend to do more each time after using bathroom when bladder is empty. Last set right before getting in bed. Multiple positions: standing, sitting, on all 4s, and lying on back with knees up.

Did SSJ and isolated compression squeezes at desk, 30sec of each back to back. 8 total sets.

Later on, did 3 intervals of pumping in mityvac without any sleeves. Lubed up with coconut oil, still restricted by packing width of tube. Tried using my bathmate for 3rd set with water but it didn't work well. I was being overly cautious because of the light-headed feeling from last time I used it. Also, there is small leak? Will need to fix that. Did the 3rd set with mityvac instead. While still in shower, did SSJ + ICS sets x 3-4. Expansion felt good.

30mins red light recovery before bed.

Talked with sales and there was some delay in my order but they said it would ship out on 4/8. I am eager to try the wider tube and see if I get more expansion. Also to try out the anti-turtling silisleeves. Another silicap2 should be shipping next week as well.
 
Did a 5x5x2 this afternoon, still using 2" tube. I was surprised, today I touched the end of the tube though I'm not going for length. Bottom half packing width of tube as usual. Seems like the top half of shaft is a bit resistant to expanding. I pumped without any rings or sleeves. I wonder if hitting end of tube is because I stuffed skin near base better into the tube.

Think I'll do another session later in evening. Just felt like after 5x5x2 was getting a bit fatigued. Also needed eat and do something different.
 
Looks like your base is maxed out. You're forcing everyone upwards for length and glans expansion. SIM did the same and removed the Bathmate comfort insert for base expansion. If you want further base expansion rather than glans, stick with what you are doing now until the new cylinders arrive. Once you have the new cylinders, go for broke on the base expansion first. The glans can be expanded to a mushroom any time you want.

When you hit the top of the tube, even with the base being sucked in, you are already reach your limit on the tube. The tube must have at least 2 inches above the glans, even when the base is stuffed in, to allow proper vac pressure control for expansion.
 
finally got tracking. 2.25 and 2.5 inches tubes, 1 silicap2, silisleeve 2 and 5x2. For this Friday.

Pumped in shower x 3 with mityvac at 5Hg. Tried using a condom and was limiting for some reason. pump 2 and 3 were without and were better. Nothing else to note. SSJ didn't feel right for some reason. Felt very solid after pumping. Was hard not to go to completion after pump lol...

Later on I did more SSJ and ICS without any pumping and felt better, more expansion.
 
Did 5x5x3 in afternoon.. sort of. Pumping was good and nothing of note, no sleeves, went in at 80+% with coconut oil to slick the sides. SSJ still bothering me. I need to watch more videos or something. My grip doesn't feel right. I am getting more expansion from isolated compression squeezes. I might try method of using a long cloth wrapped around as mentioned in another part of forums.

Another thing I did was smooshing top and bottom of shaft toward glans and that did.. something. I take a thumbless grip with right hand at around 1/3 up shaft with palm face up then push palm of left hand into top of shaft as I stroke slowly up until foreskin goes over glans. That seems to make my erection extra hard if I squeeze it really hard.

I wore cockring a bit after session. Not my favorite thing tbh.

Noting that doing 300+ kegels a day is starting to make a difference.
 
Great job. Cock ring is indeed a pain. Depending on the cock ring width, it can be pairs with a cutout soft penis sleeve to make it comfortable at the base. You can also find other method of restrictive binding that can produce the same effects. No clamping.

By the way, ease up on the kegel reps.120 short twitches and 60 reps of 5 to 10 seconds long hold. To many reps will hurt you more than help you.
 
I've been doing varying amount of kegels for probably 6 months now. I started doing 5-6 sec hold x 10 reps, waiting 1 min then doing 3 sets. Then I increased to 5 sets. Then increased to doing that 2-3 times a day. I got a good benefit out of that. I've been doing 300+ short twitch a day for the last 1.5 weeks each day with 1 day rest. I've seen some people say can't do too many kegels so I'm a bit unclear what is too much. I do my longer holds while edging, pumping, or jelqs.

Thanks. Those are interesting accessory work. I think I was doing some of them by intuition. Like DLD head expansion and foreskin restoration. I've been doing skin stretches a bit lately. I'm trying to get it so when I am fully erect and foreskin is over glans, the skin near base and pubic area doesn't triangle like some kind of webbing. It obscures my total length.

Looks like my new tubes were just delivered. Unfortunately I feel a bit sore from last few days. Maybe I'll do some light pumping to see how it feels.
 
Well, the 2" was small. That 1/8 inch short cramped my style a bit lol. The 2.5 is only off by 1/16 of an inch so really not that bad. And honestly, it will be a while before I need 2.5. But I wanted to go over 100$ to get the 3 free silisleeves.

Did first session yesterday 4/12 with new tubes. I was feeling a tad sore beforehand so wasn't expecting much. I used the 2" tube for first pump. Then 2.25" with the mitysleeve. Then 2.25" without sleeve. I saw more expansion without sleeve of course. I think the bottom 2-2.5 inches were packed. I haven't really been measuring the expansion before and after so might be subjective. The real inner diameter of 2" and 2.25 is actually 3/8 inch difference so fairly substantial. I wasn't expanding as much from length using the bigger diameter tubes. With 2" tube, by the 2nd or 3rd pump, I am typically touching the end of tube just barely with tip of glans. My shaft does curve a little downward so its harder to compare the length expansion but fair to say it was less, as my glans was only going just above 8.5 inches.

I did get the silisleeves but didn't try them on. I'll have to look up videos on how to put them on. Like, do I roll them up first?

I was also losing pressure and turns out I needed to trim hair so I did that. Tried 2nd time and pressure and comfort was good. But then 3rd time same pain again. Hopefully isn't recurring. Now that I think I have the squashing and squeezes straight, would be a shame if pumping became a problem. Mitysleeve might be necessary.

But this time, first attempt was painful. I was also losing pressure and turns out I needed to trim hair so I did that. Tried 2nd time and pressure and comfort was good. But then 3rd time same pain again. Hopefully isn't recurring. Now that I think I have the squashing and squeezes straight, would be a shame if pumping became a problem. Mitysleeve might be necessary.

Yes, use the base comfort protector, such as the MitySleeve or a donut cushion. You probably pressurized your left dorsal nerve branch or your deep dorsal artery. Numbness is nerve. When you feel uncomfortableness, readjust immediately. Don't allow any pressurization at all, nor endure it. Pain is there for a reason. Reasonable pain on the tissues but not suspicious pains that cause numbness.

Thanks! My only suspicion is that I had been reading about ballooning which mentioned massaging around the root so I was pressing a lot all around. Unfortunately, the downside to being relatively thin is there isn't much padding.

I took a bit of a break. Been doing a lot of interviews lately to get back and work and it's not the state of mind for PE. Interview went well today and I might have it.. praying.

Good news is.. been doing consistent kegels, 120 short burst and 60 long holds a day. Seems to be the sweet spot. EQ has been really good for the last couple days despite the worrying about job. Quicker to achieve full erection, EQ is higher, and it lasts a bit longer without constant stimulation.

Tried water pumping with mityvac. I am wondering whether there is some reason water pumping makes me feel weird. But also, I am still unsure how to make the water pump work the way I think it should. As someone mentioned, I tried keeping the water collection cup and the squeeze gun above the tube. It just pumps unevenly for some reason. I was able to get a vacuum at least. But the release valve doesn't work the same. And on my 2nd attempt, I felt almost like it was going to make me pass out again. Not as severe as months ago. It's just not worth it to me. Too much things to manage with the water, the collection cup, squeeze gun. I'll just stick with air pumping.
 
As the brother would point out that the water pressure tends to be more intense than air. The amount of external pressure on the penis internal pressure can be quite high. Rather than going high, be moderate using water. Truly find that initial lower pressure baseline first. It should roughly be around 3inHg, which is the standard pressure of an erection. When there is a balance between the two, the pressure is equalize. Slowly go up 1inHg at a time for the 2nd pump to find your upper.

I'm wondering if you may have a unique differential pressure reaction for your heart or brain. There are case where a sudden pressure drop or raise causes the heart, brain, or both to either blank out or an onset of a headache.
 
hmm. I was still having that weird pain from tube pressing into something sensitive. I have some angiokeratomas in the scrotum area so it might be that. Which doesn't explain why I'd been able to pump without pain prior. So, I used the mitysleeve. And I found a good way to use it. I use coconut oil on shaft and on the mitysleeve. I put the mitysleeve already on the tube. I get fully hard then pull away on one side of the mitysleeve so air can go in while I slide erection quickly through the hole then secure mitysleeve completely and start pumping. It just works way better than putting the mitysleeve on erection first. I did 2 rounds of SSJ and assorted compressions and 3 rounds of pumping. I was doing expressive stretching even though thats for length? I dunno, it feels good. I do a kegel 5 sec, then reverse kegel as I pull the tube away from me for about 10-20s, getting pressure from 5 to 6 or even 7.
 
Angiokeratomas should not cause the pain unless the tube's edge either presses or pressurized on the area. Normally, thinning of the skin around the angiokeratomas tend to generate sensitivity but normally it doesn't. If the Mity Sleeve doesn't help, the next up is a foam rubber/silicone cushion pad between the Mity Sleeve and the skin. There are many pump cushions you select from nowadays. Wish I had these crazy options back then.
 
damn. my mitysleeve split lol. I don't seem to be having good luck with anything that has sleeve in its name. I've been filling up the bottom 2 inches of the 2.25" inch tube. I wonder if that and doing expressive stretching busted it. I noticed it looked weird while I was pumping. Despite being split, it still kinda works..
 
Hm. While you're getting a replacement, also look into a Universal Pump Donut as a secondary backup as well. I used these donuts for over a decade and only tossed them because they get discolored from clear to tinted yellow. Some are silicone, and some are soft plastics. I used the silicone for longer lasting.
 
Decent session I think today. Was more like 5x5x2x2. I split into two sessions. Warmup was heatpad then a combination of downward jelq, c-jelq, jelq with bend, and basic jelq. Pumping was with 2.25" tube and mitysleeve for all. I used method of lubing up everything and entering tube with mitysleeve already on. Pressure was at least 5Hg. 1st pump was 5Hg with a little expressive stretching for 10-20s at a time. 2nd pump I started going up to 6Hg. Expressive stretches might have made it go up to 7Hg. I did some tilting to the left/right and up/down. Now, one thing that I noticed is that unlike when I was pumping without mitysleeve, my erection went down rather quickly after releasing pressure. Not sure why. Whatever the sensitive spot was, I actually still felt it a little even with mitysleeve but it wasn't so bad I felt like stopping. Jelqing went well too. I think I have a good rhythm on that. I did try to wear cockring for roughly an hour after. One thing I did was put on cockring, then wrap soft heating pad around me and use a vibrator on top of that.
 
Yep. You hit your upper fatigue zone my brother. I say keep it up another week or two. Your EQ will have a unique growth during this time.
 
session 4/27
warmup: soft heatpad on medium. Bundled stretches for probably 10-15mins. Since I am using my hand, doing these rather imprecise. I wrap very loosely in a microfiber cloth, starting at the base, pull turn, pull turn, until reaching the top. I use both hands to keep torsion on the bottom and top. I wouldn't say that I am being super aggressive. I am turning until it is a bit uncomfortable but no pain. Alternate sides.
SSJ: just doing same as before. Kegeling after each time I reach the top and smooshing the blood from base to tip while rotating. I like to throw in some isolated compressions and clock bends in between.
Pumping: So, I took the mitysleeve that came with the 2" tube and I cut the middle part mostly out. All I wanted was the soft part that goes around the bottom of tube. This seemed to work well enough. That sensitive spot bothers me a little on the first pump but goes away. First pump was just to 5Hg and up to 6Hg while expressive stretching. 2nd pump was 6Hg and up to 7Hg. I decided to stop at 2 iterations since this was my 3rd day in a row.
Afterpump: I put on cockring for a total of an hour after. I wrapped in my soft heating pad and used vibrator over with slowly massaging. Actually works rather well. Took on and off the cockring about every 20 mins.
recovery: Used redlight at close range for probably 30mins.

Things to think about: overall this was rather time consuming. I want to be careful that I'm not using these sessions as an excuse to edge or consume p*** for extended periods of time. Right now, I am thinking of doing 3 days on and 1 day off. Masturbation on off day without long edging.
 
From here on out, do visual assessment of both girth and length growth. Visually, not measuring. If there are markers on the tube, use that as a visual observation for stretch in the tube under vacuum pressure vs externally after pump during erection in the ring. So:

Pump up, visually observe how large your penis stretched first. From there, cock ring on, push your erection to max, and visually observed the post pump retention for length and girth. Make a rough estimation. This method allows you to gauge the intensity vs the progressive gains to push yourself forward. As our brother SIM use the term "mind hack", it's to encourage your efforts and provide future expectations.
