- 0.5 Avocado
- 1 Tablesp. Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablesp. Flax Seeds
- 2 Tablesp. Kakao Nibs
- 1 teasp. Zimt
- 1 teasp SuperGreen
- 15g Whole Psyllium Husk
- 15g Sesam Seeds
- 30g Cold-Pressed Coconut Oil
- 50g Mixed Berries (I just had to add those in)
- 300-500ml Wasser
