I've been hanging for just over a month now and gained 0.25" bpel, I would say good positive signs would be a good fatigue after each session that follows on to the next session. Keeping the stretch going feels like it's working for me!good luck and go hard goalbig!
I havent been feeling much fatigue at all..? Granted I've been stretching for 2 months so my penis is well conditioned, I still don't feel fatigue. I have a good wrap and put the hanger on correctly? Whats going on here? I'm hanging 7.5 lbs
How many sets are you doing per day, hanging angles? I started with a couple of pounds but had to up each week, I'm now on 6kg at week 5, maybe up the weight or if u can, up the amount of sets and see how it goes
Maybe increase the weight by a pound or two to See how it feels, I bumped mine up quite quick because I wasn't feeling fatigue/soreness after the session.quickly after increasing the weight I could feel the difference, then just gradually
Add weight as your body tells ya. I'm on 6kg now and I reckon I'll be on it for 2/3weeks as I get adjusted. Hanging from other angles I used kingsnake pulley system to do SO and have a higher pulley to do like a 2 o'clock angel, check out his sticky in the hanging forum on the snake hanger, hope this helps
