Progress thread Gonna have a good stab at it

Ok previously I was signed up to the ā€œit’s a marathon not a sprintā€ philosophy but SIMS shown it can be done in a sprint,
At the 3 month mark I was still using very little force in relation to how I perceive the force that SIM was using, though having said that I measured a 0.7ā€ gain and never had an injury.
Bearing in mind I’m not very conditioned at this point I’ll try and show how I plan to use the resistance band to do DB and it’s pretty obvious how you can incorporate it into BBTC using an anchor point.
you may disagree Im not experienced enough to be sharing this info but I think it’s an insane stretch (it makes my arse hole ache!) its less physically demanding for sure.
Maybe HG and SIM could give I a go, though if it’s not being used already it’s probably no good!

The resistance band creates the force and I’m using my hand/hands to create the bend and control the stretch.
The resistance band technique is fascinating. 🤌

That is the reason I do not explain everything over and over again (I like people to think for themselves), like I did when I was a newbie. I like to direct members to the proper resource if it already exist. Of course I like to answer questions as well, and have a discussion but I'm limited on time right now.

I assume members look through all existing "basic" materials, and pinned threads in all forums.

Yeah! You just hold the stretch for 5 minutes and change the angle, depending on what your inner penis are saying to you.
