Went beast mode today, really went after the inner penis with some dynamic stretching,
Made me realise I’ve been a bit LAZY 😳
Felt so good.
Dynamic Stretching is the shit!!!!
Hit that inner penis so it will CRY, and your penis will have no choice but to grow. Remember that sorneness in your inner penis and ligaments (Fundiform and Suspensory) are signs of big gains to come.
 
Actually had to quit in the 3rd set today, not done that in a while, that was some next level stretching all in the right ways.
Sometimes I was forced to quit after the first set.
You are on the right path...I know you are. Remember why you started...and use that as your fuel for sucess. Use your pain in life to grow (we all have pain in this life).
 
Just read this thread from the beginning. Excellent stuff! Congratulations on your successes twist&pull. It’s good to see others have had similar questions and paths taken. I’m a few months behind in experience.

What's crazy is we know now?The best way the stretch is by accessing internal penis. When I discovered this and started to Post on it Nobody was really willing to give it a chance. But today it's become the most popular way to gain length. And this is even better when you use the length master.

0.9” the first 3 months, I have a time goal rather than length, I don’t want to be stretching everyday for 3 years 🥱
...judging by the stops and starts in this thread since you started it 17 months ago(!), you'd probably gain more regularly stretching everyday 🤷‍♂️.

I agree with this so much.
Like you I do not want to do active gaining PE for 3 years.
Maintenance I will do for life but active PE not so much.
Personally I have a time limit, and it's connected to the fact that we are not living indefinitely.

I do not agree with this mindset!

I was stretching 3 days on 1 day off, and sometimes less, and I have gained a lot.
Remember that we have to live our life as well.

It has to do with how much intensity you do. Higher intensity and faster gaining, requires more rest between sessions.
But with that said, it is important to have it consistent.

Once goals are made, you only need to do the maintenance routine and this can be as little as one time per week.

Not sure you read the thread very well, did around 9 ish weeks and stopped. Have had a 2 week break to nurse a dying parent. Another 2 week break approaching for a holiday. Otherwise 7 ish days off in 5 1/2months, granted! Not as consistent as I would have liked and I may not get the gains I could have!! but we have to deal with what life throws at us.

My gains will still be impressive!!!
