inner tissue grip, had some movement putting pressure on the glans, a day off should sort it out, it (penis) is pretty beat up after a great/intense week stretching, followed by a lengthy sex session.
Just documenting the good and the not so good days.
I completely understand. Sometimes we need strategic implemented rest days. When the penis speaks to us to give it a break we need to listen.

I understand completely. I go through the same thing. This is the reason I believe in high intensity stretching. You don't need to put in as much time, but instead more intensity when you're stretching.

Putting the work in everyday, no issues or success, going as hard as I can, not feeling any great fatigue, feel a bit like I’m just going through the motions.

Head to the penis enlargement newbie forum and that will answer all of these questions. Also make sure you post in the correct forum for this stuff.
To answer your question: it's actually 5x5x3, it goes 5 minutes slow squash jelq, 5 minutes in a pump of choice, rinse and repeats 3 times.

I think a lenghtmaster is your best bet. You will have so much more power to do specific exercises that will get you excellent growth

Measurement is how we track progress. It also lets you know if what you’re doing is working or if you should try a different route.

don’t fear the number. We know this stuff works. It’s just a matter of finding what works for you-

failure is all in how you approach things. Did you learn from the experience? Then it’s not a failure. Fearing failure is how one gives up on a goal

also. I have found that my BPSFL is longer than BPEL but never really more than .5 inch.
So if you’re at 7.5 BPSFL. Very soon you will reach 6.8-7.0” BPEL

that’s been my experience thus far. It can very depending on when you measure - if you just stretched it or not but you get the idea.

its incredibly unlikely to me that your BPSFL would be 1.5” longer than BPEL if you get what I mean

You did not set yourself up but you challenged yourself. Always shoot for a big target and put your mind to it. I was shooting for 10 inches back in the day but once I changed my mind to getting 11 inches 10 no longer seemed intimidating. Shoot for the stars and you will land on the moon. Never limit your growth, always go above and beyond

It's better to give it 1 year and just do everything in your power to gain. If you do this you will gain big and fast.

You will not fail if you measure your penis.
 
Observation:
for me it seems like I get an intense week of stretching once a month or so, and then three weeks of just pulling and not feeling very much. not sure if other guys at my stage of LM use can relate?

Im always trying to figure out if there’s a pattern to my progress and routine and these are my thoughts thus far.

Skin stretch, ready to bundle more, major turtle faze and hard to wrap, super elastic stretchy faze and hard to clamp, stretching becomes hard work lose motivation and start to get bored, time to bundle more.
I think I’m now on my third round of this cycle.

Feel like I’m having growth spurt in right now 👏

It's wonderful that you have growth spurts 🙌
It sounds like you need to increase the intensity to the next level. Not more time, but more intensity while doing bundled stretches with LM3.
 
Actually quite proud of my dick at the end of today’s workout!

Motivated to increase intensity.

4 sets 10 mins penis exterminator 5 min holds at 1.25 bundled.

Feeling good!

Not familiar with this hold. I’ll have to look it up next week!

Also. You should measure!

Well brothers I’ve done it (measuring)
2 days short of 3 months that’s taking the LengthMaster of the cupboard and I’m not disappointed!
I hit bang on 7” BPEL which 0.9” gain!
Gonna keep doing.

You will hit 8 Inch BPEL within 6 months, as long as you increase the intensity progressively (I know what program you are doing).
 
So happy for you man. Told you it was happening!

Also. Your gains have shown that SIMS program isn’t just a one off lucky break. It WORKS. I’m excited to get home this weekend so I can break out the LM3 and hit it dailt
