Progress thread Gonna have a good stab at it

Got that week out the way,
I did achieve my 2 sets a day, though don’t feel like I achieved anything.
4 sets done today.
It's definitely good to add to your routine if you're not making progress at the level you're at.
 
Didn’t feel it after my 4 sets yesterday,
So went 1.5 B-BTC. (Who knew I actually could)
Felt like progress. Stopped after 2 sets though as didn’t want to have too much skin soreness for tomorrow, I would rather do less and stretch everyday than have days off.
@DLD what’s your opinion on this?
Should I have done 4 sets and made my skin really sore or stretch again tomorrow?

Really enjoyed my workout today, actually stopped after 3 sets as I just felt I’d already had an incredible stretch, literally felt like I was pulling an inch more than last week!

Note, magnesium carbonate and finally got that fan heater out I brought weeks ago 🙄 what a DUMB ASSSS!

Definitely seem to be getting longer when wrapped, wraps been on for 6hrs at this point then I bath and re wrap for another 6hrs.

I read about you intending on potentially using the extender as well. I would personally advise against this as, from personal experience, doing multiple length exercises will lead to too much soreness that will prevent work from being done.
I remember last month I was hanging, extending, pumping, manual stretching, SSj'ing, and even on days when I did 2 of those I was super sore.

I say stick top what you're doing right now and then in the future if you want to do some girth work then add a pump and go from there.

You are correct, at the time I felt I needed to do more, but soon realised it actually meant I wasn’t being productive enough with LM, so I upped my game and have been too sore to use extender.
 
Did you measure yet. You look huge in that recent photo. Looks bigger than me lol
No mate, I’m not ready to yet, I’m still only 7 weeks in.
Things have definitely changed and I think I’m achieving great temporary elongation.
my partner swears it’s bigger but I’m not convinced there’s any measurable growth yet,
Maybe I’ll do it in 5 weeks when I’m at 3 months.

Same again: 4 sets penis exterminator. Added an extra half bundle to the fourth set (2 mins each side) Damn if I’m not growing right now I’m never going to!
 
Note: having played around with padding over the last week or 2 you can’t sacrifice tight deep tissue grip for comfort.
Achieving grip and comfort! is the LMs biggest challenge as it changes as you progress in intensity.

Day off yesterday, absolutely nailed 4 sets penis exterminator today, best stretch yet.

But you should not have the chamber pinching you at the sides of your penis, so your penis gets numb and you are experiencing pain...

... If so there is no padding on the 4 corners in the chamber. This can easily be fixed with Penis Wrapping Tape. By wrapping it around so the chamber is smooth.

The black penis tape is the same, as my red tape here in these picures. You don't need a lot, just to cover these 4 corners. The tape will compress as well, so you may need to add more later. But don't put to much on. I just winded it around the chamber and power assist part.


By the way I never experimented anything. I just put a couple of windings around the bottom chamber and the pinching from the chambers was gone (you don't want to much material in the chamber = just enough).

I have implemented your suggestions and for a few days everything is perfect then boom like today could not get a grip no matter what. I’m thinking the only thing I’m yet to implement is your 3 on 1 off schedule maybe it’s just fatigue, the 3 days I have taken off in 8 weeks I have always had the best stretch after.

I think I have to admit I need rest days, I know you really didn’t want to take days off at one point and wanted to go hard everyday but couldn’t.

If things are great for 3 days and my technique doesn’t change and it all goes wrong ie wrap, clamp slippage or just too sore) rather than go down a rabbit hole trying to fix it ( i made myself Damn sore today trying) it’s a sign I need a day off.

This is why you need the brotherhood sometimes you just need someone to point out the obvious you cannot see!
 
I think I have to admit I need rest days, I know you really didn’t want to take days off at one point and wanted to go hard everyday but couldn’t.

That is true:
I became really; frustrated, stressed and anxious (you guys didn't know about this) about this before, especially when I knew other brothers said they could stretch every day without no problems. It was the same with the wrapping for LengthMaster 3. In the beginning I thought I would never make it work. There where no detailed videos instructions about this when I found MOS. That is why I made my purpose to help as much as possible during my process to a big penis. It was uncomfortable to post videos. But I though "Fuck it", I need to do what I can to support.

I though I would not gain if I didn't stretched every day. But I was wrong. Now I stretch to little (need to get back to 2 sessions per day; 3 days on 1 day rest)...but I'm still gaining due to my insane intensity and penis elongation wrap. 40 minutes each day have been the sweet spot for me in the beginning. I tried 20 min x 3 in the beginning as well (With: LengthMaster 3), but I could never keep that schedule consistent. So I did what I could.
With hand and a broomstick I could do 1 hour per day, but not with LengthMaster 3.

Yes indeed! It's a high probability that you need to implement strategic rest days into your program.
You can think of it as if you are optimizing everything for fast growth, then you are using 🔗 SRT to it's fullest potential.
Because let me tell you, if you get to the intensity that I'm at now. Then some days (many days) 20 minutes of stretching will be enough. Most days I do 3 days on 1 day rest.

Many of these days I only do 20 minutes of stretching (always keeping my penis elongated during daytime). And one of these days I do maximum bundles/twists on 1 or 2 sets...after this I need to not bundle that much because If I just force maximum bundles at all sessions, my penis would eventually become to sore (the skin + inner penis) and eventually If I was just forcing it, probably start to bleed (the skin) 🩸

You can think about it as using optimal dosage to grow. If your penis is hard to attach and the penis are turteling more then normal (it doesn't flaccid hang as much loosely), then these are probably the signs that your penis needs to rest.
But even at rest periods, always keep your penis in a elongated. That is: Penis Elongation Wrap, Sleeve or Extender (-> at low tension = just to keep the tissue elongated).

For me during all this journey there have been a delicate balance between active length work and elongation healing.
As I have said before, I'm using 2 different ointments to speed up the healing of the skin.

They are:
  • Hydrocortisone 1% (only after lengthwork).
    (You find hydrocortisone 1% at MOS Shop)
  • Locobase REPAIR (rest of the time, but yo.u need to wait at least 1 hour after applying Hydrocortisone 1%).
    (This have been essential for me as well).
We shall never forget: MOSRED. Without that I would not have recovered as fast to keep this consistent (I don't want blood spots on my glans = MOSRED clear this up).

Just my thought about active penis enlargement and passive penis enlargement.

I’m honestly experiencing all of your struggles in a similar fashion and my routine is pretty much identical to yours now, I don’t think I’m missing anything, creams, red light, magnesium, fan heater and wrapping for 12 hours a day.
I’m going as hard as dare and clamped so tight if I went any harder I would draw blood (skin tear)
And I’m like I’ve nailed it, then after a few days nothing works it’s so frustrating!
Fingers crossed 3 on 1 off is the answer!

But I mostly go back and forth between these two strategies dependent of my level of soreness and what I can fit in.

agreed brother, from the newbie routine to now things change so much, I never thought I would be able to TWIST AND PULL like I do now!

Note: I do my 4 sets in the AM as life dictates, which equates to 40 mins actual stretching, if after 2 sets I feel like something could snap ( I know it won’t) I have on a few occasions stopped after 2, I want to achieve this feeling everyday as I feel this is optimal but can’t always achieve this shall we say sensation.
Also just to note: not using your wrapping technique, I have tried many times but it’s painful just to wrap like this never mind clamp. (tight frenulum maybe?)
If my technique hadn’t been recommended by lightening I would probably question it.

Again hope this helps others, I feel it’s important to document the struggles for the brothers that follow and not just the success.

I don't wrap the same now as I did as a newbie (how I did it in my video instructions). I only do expressive stretches (clamping at the base), and therefore there is no need to pull back the foreskin. Maybe doing a video on this later.

I’ve still not measured but I think I’m getting close to 7”
As you know I’ve struggled with clamping the last few weeks so progress has felt poor,
But I’m back to full force now! I’m 3 weeks away from the 3 month mark so plan to measure then, my goal is to measure 1” gain then. And 2” by my holiday on the 11th may.
And yes four sets 10 mins penis exterminator, I’m in no doubt with this exercise the results are coming 💙

Why did you struggle with clamping down your tissue? Have you solved this fully now?

I honestly cannot say why I’ve had a clamping issue 🤔 just could not get a grip on the inner tissue I was trying everything getting so frustrated, just always getting a bit of movement, you know what I mean? With some pressure on the glans.
When your clamped you know your clamped!

But suddenly it’s all just clicked back into place!

Note: never stop trying!

I want a solid 8x6 I’m small/ short for a guy at 164cm and usually have a summer weight of around 60kg so 8x6 would be an absolute monster on me!
Like you I want to big flaccid I want to be that “HUNG” guy.
