What's crazy is we know now?The best way the stretch is by accessing internal penis. When I discovered this and started to Post on it Nobody was really willing to give it a chance. Like you I do not want to do active gaining PE for 3 years.
Maintenance I will do for life but active PE not so much.
Personally I have a time limit, and it's connected to the fact that we are not living indefinitely.
Not sure you read the thread very well, did around 9 ish weeks and stopped. Have had a 2 week break to nurse a dying parent. Another 2 week break approaching for a holiday. Otherwise 7 ish days off in 5 1/2months, granted! The resistance band technique is fascinating.Ok previously I was signed up to the “it’s a marathon not a sprint” philosophy but SIMS shown it can be done in a sprint,
At the 3 month mark I was still using very little force in relation to how I perceive the force that SIM was using, though having said that I measured a 0.7” gain and never had an injury.
Bearing in mind I’m not very conditioned at this point I’ll try and show how I plan to use the resistance band to do DB and it’s pretty obvious how you can incorporate it into BBTC using an anchor point.
you may disagree Im not experienced enough to be sharing this info but I think it’s an insane stretch (it makes my arse hole ache!) its less physically demanding for sure.
Maybe HG and SIM could give I a go, though if it’s not being used already it’s probably no good!
The resistance band creates the force and I’m using my hand/hands to create the bend and control the stretch.
