Progress thread Gonna have a good stab at it

went to a whole new level of fatigue yesterday, had to cut the third set 5 mins short.

LM DB stretch, threw in 4 rounds 1 min holds BTC just 2 rounds in each direction gonna build on this routine over time.

skins a little sore and have an inflamed hair follicle.

Came down today after my workout my partner said why’s it so big, have you pumped as well,
Does everyone get a post LM session pump?
Actually noticed my dick looking not only longer but way «girthier» as well today, especially after my second 10 mins round of LM 3 bundled stretches, so I would assume everyone experiences that.
 
Your penis becomes thicker and longer when you do bundled stretches with LengthMaster 3. Especially when you progress to 5D-BTC-BS and are doing expressive stretches.

Good to know as I’ll do anything to make it longer and thicker. Think I’ll even go for 30 mins of LM3 stretches this morning and up it to 40 mins after a couple of months.

Wish I could do the 5 mins hold BTC-BS stretches though my underarms can’t seem to handle it. Or maybe they will now that I have decided to only work-out(fitness) 3 times per week, giving my underarms and body more resting time.

Will stick to my newbie routine for a while now and then maybe progress back into doing the BTC-BS stretches again.

If you use your LengthMaster 3 sessions as a part of your strength training, you will adjust. In the beginning I was shaking like a leaf in the wind. But now I'm pretty much solid.

The penis builds up resilience with continued traing to allow for great intensity. These are the ingredients to enlargement success.
 
Time to ramp up the pressure I think!
3x20 min LM B-BTC
Each session is now at 5 min warm up all directions while getting clamped in tight and 15 mins B-BTC.

next step will be 2bundles/rotations.

You probably know this. Keep in mind that you don't need to make 2 rotations instantly, just tug away at the end of what you can handle and increase it progressively... and that will make it 2 rotations with time.
Also: More bundles isn't necessary the only way to increase the intensity.

You probably know this. Keep in mind that you don't need to make 2 rotations instantly, just tug away at the end of what you can handle and increase it progressively... and that will make it 2 rotations with time.
Also: More bundles isn't necessary the only way to increase the intensity.

Yeah I’ve read everything you’ve written, just looking at it as a sign of progress, a milestone if you like, I’m in rush to there.
 
early weekly update as I might forget.
Some decent skin peel going on.
First bit of blood from the urethra.
EQ zero, blood flow very poor. The post session pump is gone!
Have found it hard to keep a wrap on all day so switched to a comfy ring which prompts me to Kegel like crazy and is doing the job.
I’ve not had to back off at all yet!

Doing a nice little “dynamic” stretch” (SIM) saved for the 3rd set.
Go into B-BTC position. Squat go DBS, hard reverse Kegel standing up, locking legs and pulling LM up my back (always using my body as leverage) hold and repeat, I’m doing this 3 or 4 times on each side.
It’s pretty intense and I’m sure it’s doing some damage.

the only thing I’m questioning is that I don’t find it taxing on my arms at all like @squirt_inducer_man or @Abdiel Bull Berg so am I going as hard as I think I am??

What’s weird is there’s no way I pull nearly as hard as you- but I’m still getting gains. I certainly have tension but my arms and hands don’t get tired.

I COULD pull harder but what I’m doing has worked so far so I figure don’t mess with it

I'm going for maximum temporary elongation, therefore also 5 minute stretches.

I think most of the reason for it being so taxing on my underarms was much due to me working out everyday as well, and I worked out hard everyday.

Now I’ve started working out 3 days a week and don’t seem to wear my underarms out as much anymore. Also only doing 1 mins stretches has also helped.

it has been a full month now, flaccid and girth seem to have exploded to the point at times I’m not sure where to put it, I find myself tucking it between my legs to be comfortable! not sure about length yet, I’ve had days when I’ve thought damn I grown but by the next day it’s the new normal, my partners adamant it has.
Trying to stay away from the ruler until I’m certain of growth.

I’m so motivated right now it unreal, it’s the first thing I think about when I wake up!

I’d be curious to see what you gained in a month since we’re at similar points in the journey following similar routines. Just little differences here and there

yeah I found out that if I shave my pupil hairs less discomfort as I rotate 1 1/2 turned with the lengthmaster hoping to gain 3/4 inch before January 1st.
 
To shave every day is a good recommendation.
Use shavers/razors that's made for women, and it will follow your skin better, and the blades will stay sharp longer.
You can even use Isopropyl alcohol to spray the blades with, after every usage and the blades will stay sharp longer.

im thinking maybe I’ll take a measurement once I hit 1 month doing bundles, I’m a bit hesitant as I don’t want it to demotivate me. My goal is 2” in 6 months as I have a beach holiday planned so will be taking a break then.

hey twist and pull with a name like that i bet you have a lenghtmaster you can gain 2 inch in 5 months like squirt the moderator of this forum. I'm trying to gain 2 inches a well but i take the small like 3/4 a inch before jan 1st.
