I think I have to admit I need rest days, I know you really didn’t want to take days off at one point and wanted to go hard everyday but couldn’t.
That is true:
I became really;
frustrated,
stressed and
anxious (you guys didn't know about this) about this before, especially when I knew other brothers said they could stretch every day without no problems. It was the same with the wrapping for
LengthMaster 3. In the beginning I thought I would never make it work. There where no detailed videos instructions about this when I found MOS. That is why I made my purpose to help as much as possible during my process to a big penis. It was uncomfortable to post videos. But I though "Fuck it", I need to do what I can to support.
I though I would not gain if I didn't stretched every day.
But I was wrong. Now I stretch to little (need to get back to 2 sessions per day; 3 days on 1 day rest)...but I'm still gaining due to my
insane intensity and penis elongation wrap. 40 minutes each day have been the sweet spot for me in the beginning. I tried 20 min x 3 in the beginning as well (With:
LengthMaster 3), but I could never keep that schedule consistent. So I did what I could.
With hand and a broomstick I could do 1 hour per day, but not with
LengthMaster 3.
If things are great for 3 days and my technique doesn’t change and it all goes wrong ie. wrap, clamp slippage or just too sore) rather than go down a rabbit hole trying to fix it ( i made myself Damn sore today trying) it’s a sign I need a day off.
Yes indeed! It's a high probability that you need to
implement strategic rest days into your program.
You can think of it as if you are
optimizing everything for fast growth, then you are using
SRT to it's fullest potential.
Because let me tell you, if you get to the intensity that I'm at now. Then some days (many days) 20 minutes of stretching will be enough. Most days I do
3 days on 1 day rest.
Many of these days I only do 20 minutes of stretching (always keeping my penis elongated during daytime). And one of these days I do maximum bundles/twists on 1 or 2 sets...after this I need to not bundle that much because If I just
force maximum bundles at all sessions, my penis would eventually become to sore (the skin + inner penis) and eventually If I was just forcing it, probably start to bleed (the skin)
You can think about it as using optimal dosage to grow. If your penis is hard to attach and the penis are turteling more then normal (it doesn't flaccid hang as much loosely), then these are probably the signs that your penis needs to rest.
But even at rest periods, always keep your penis in a elongated. That is:
Penis Elongation Wrap, Sleeve or
Extender (-> at low tension = just to keep the tissue elongated).
For me during all this journey there have been a
delicate balance between active length work and elongation healing.
As I have said before, I'm using 2 different ointments to speed up the healing of the skin.
They are:
- Hydrocortisone 1% (only after lengthwork).
(You find hydrocortisone 1% at MOS Shop)
- Locobase REPAIR (rest of the time, but yo.u need to wait at least 1 hour after applying Hydrocortisone 1%).
(This have been essential for me as well).
We shall never forget:
MOSRED. Without that I would not have recovered as fast to keep this consistent (I don't want blood spots on my glans =
MOSRED clear this up).
Just my thought about active penis enlargement and passive penis enlargement.
This is why you need the brotherhood sometimes you just need someone to point out the obvious you cannot see!
