Yea, I found out the bigger your base girth is you have to apply more stretch force which I can't do that with my hands so I'm glad i got the lenghtmaster those bundle stretches are so intense. I'm able to twist 1 1/2 turns with the lenght master.

Nice. I’m only about 1.25 twists or so. Can’t get a full 1.5 yet but slowly working towards more rotation. I’ll know when it feels right to add more.
 
Seem to be making progress everyday.
Can achieve 3x20 sets B-BTC without any skin stretch.

Finished sets 2 and 3 with SIMS penis exterminator today.

It's amazing you can do 3x20 min of stretching without major skin soreness. I can max do 2x20 min per day.

Well, intentionally or not you’ve brought the go hard or go home attitude back to the table and it’s one that works for me, you’ve demonstrated that it is not a passive exercise.
Following this I work towards damn unpleasant but not pain.

No results yet, but they are coming!!!

I’ll increase penis exterminator by a few minutes each day and see where I’m at in a week or 2

I think so many brothers young and old get the LM and never get passed the newbie routine because they don’t push passed the discomfort (not pain)

Not a passive exercise at all. It's really hard, but you need to build up to the maximum stretching force.

To have to much science in your approach, I do not recommend.
Why just be content with just 2% temporary elongation after a session, when you can get much more with penis exterminator based exercises?

Who have even come up with that number? After most sessions I get approximately 2 cm * 0.393700787 Inch = ~ 0.79 Inch in temporary elongation after a session. Some time I dont even get that much temporary elongation, and my penis turteling much after a session...but MOSRED will help with that (usually because I was stretching to hard).

I do not always get maximum elongation after a session. But I'm at the point now where I can feel what my penis needs. Some days I stretch so hard that one session of 20 minutes are enough to see fast gains.

Conclusion: You can stretch harder then most people think, if you're safe about it and build up to it.

I was even forced to take like 10 days rest after stretching really hard for several months. My flaccid hang was not what it used to be...my penis told me to get a longer rest and that fixed my problem. I was alot longer after this rest...not just a couple of millimeters...more then that

You will see so much progress with these types of hard stretches. Just be safa about it.

I agree. You need to push past the discomfort. It's not comfortable to increase your penis size. At least not in the beginning. But you should stay away from pain...but what is pain? Some brothers are saying they experience pain in the ligaments and inner penis, when they stretch BTC.
But what they are experiencing is what I dig into. I don't want to judge anyone, but I believe many are holding back the depth of their stretches.

Even when I say this, I do not recommend anyone to stretch as hard as I'm stretching. I can't be the guy to be blamed, if you can't regulate the stretching force, and feel how hard you can stretch your penis. You can stretch harder then you probably think, but keep in mind that you only have one penis. I need to say this due to guidelines on this forum.

For example. Some brothers have even been pumping to hard with Bathmate and got damaged by that. From my perspective, I don't understand how one can do that (not putting anyone under the rug)?

So I can't recommend anyone to go super hard...becouse I can't have that on my conscious if something goes wrong. I'm not to blame. I'm stretching hard, but not as hard as I can...I'm stretching with optimal force. I can't even begin to explain this to anyone. Because some people experience pain. But I'm a sick man...It feels good to me. As I said before we only have one penis. And I need to keep my conscious clear. You are yourself responsible for your penis enlargement journey.

For example. My penis was like a dry raisin when I was starting to use the LengthMaster 3.
It was almost unbearable, but I got MOSRED and I'm using hydrocortisone 1% after every session, and when my skin feels sore I apply Locobase® REPAIR.

I believe in you brother. I know you will gain fast with this attitude/approach. Just keep your penis elongated at all times with a pel.wrap or a sleeve (but not at night whe you sleep), when you are not stretching. At least as much as you can.

Increase the intensity as you progress and you should be safe.

Finished 2nd and 3rd set 10 mins each penis exterminator, toughest session yet,
it’s getting brutal now, I’ve probably got a forced day off tomorrow, actually think my dick needs it now!

Might need to adjust my schedule.

I’m seeing parallels with SIMS routine,
You can’t maintain that level of intensity (penis exterminator) for too long. I’m at a point where I can’t get the LM off fast enough!

So new plan. 3x15 min sets (maybe 4) 5 min warm up (tighten) 10 mins penis exterminator.
Still going for 7 days unless a forced day off, I have one Thursday next week.

Will add extender work when I can but not as an essential part of my daily routine.

Note.. when you start to think you could do more (it means go harder!)

No way I could even wear my wrap under my jeans, just too tight and my dick looked ridiculously long and stiff 😂

1st day new routine today got the 4 sets done ✔️
 
Clamp soreness was a limiting factor today, new more wrap wasn’t the answer so just switched it for a new piece and less of it, problem solved.

Added another quarter turn to my warm up bundles!

If you lubricate the base of your penis (after clambing down) with a light skin ointment, and use MgCO3 (Magnesium Carbonate) under the TheraBand®, you will experience less soreness as well.
 
Really enjoyed my workout today, actually stopped after 3 sets as I just felt I’d already had an incredible stretch, literally felt like I was pulling an inch more than last week!

Note, magnesium carbonate and finally got that fan heater out I brought weeks ago 🙄 what a DUMB ASSSS!

Definitely seem to be getting longer when wrapped, wraps been on for 6hrs at this point then I bath and re wrap for another 6hrs.

Do I remember correctly that you sanded down the ridges on the back end of your LM chamber as they are really starting to rip me to shreds,
I’ve looked through your thread and can’t find the info.
Or is days off the only fix?

NO don't do that.

If that happens for you, the problem is the padding in the chamber and/or your wrap when you attach yourself to the chamber.
I winded penis wrapping tape on the bottom part of the chamber (on the 4 corners in the chamber), because there where no padding on the corners in my chamber/LengthMaster 3.

I think it's supposed to be padding there, but in some chambers the piece of padding arrives to the user with to little padding.
Say if you need pictures of this?

The black penis tape is the same, as my red tape here in these picures. You don't need a lot, just to cover these 4 corners. The tape will compress as well, so you may need to add more later. But don't put to much on. I just winded it around the chamber and power assist part.
 
I’ve added some tape/padding to the sharp edges/corners this morning as suggested, definitely helped though I do still have a sore spot.

2 sets done, second set managed to avoid the sore spot altogether so it went great.

Also Hydrocortisone finally arrived!
Excellent, the hydrocortizone is such a powerful tool in PE for better skin health. I'm also very happy that your session went so well.
 
Ended up with a day off yesterday skin is a lot better for it.

Just 2 sets a day this week, second set was great again today best stretch of the week though not optimal.
