Glans pain using Silistretcher

Possibly using to much pressure.
Silistretcher Manual
Turn the SiliStretcher vacuum piston knob a half twist counter-clockwise. One half turn of the vacuum piston knob is 7 in.-Hg of vacuum . Your penis will be safely pulled and secured into the SiliStretcher . Give the SiliStretcher a tug to test if you are properly secured inside the SiliStretcherbefore applying tension or weight.

DO NOT OVER VACUUM
Do not use excessive vacuum to the point the SiliStretcher starts pulling the SiliSleev inside the SiliStretcher . This will cause micro pin holes in the SiliSleevs and cause loss of vacuum

@DLD @DayDreamDN thanks for replying. I was able to use the SS for 45min today, when I was done with it, I took out the silicap and there was fluid in it, also got a little blister / peeled skin on my glans, has anyone else experienced this? I wouldnt be able to use for a while until the blister heals (peel is right on the edge of the pee hole, so peeing hurts also) how do I prevent this? Can I wrap instead of using the silicap? Would wrapping prevent the fluid/ blister thing from happening again?

If your new to pumping, these things can happen. When new, starting light vacuum for 45min-1hr a day for 3-4 weeks isnt a bad idea. Even try a quarter of a turn. A half turn is 7hg. 7hg is pretty strong as is. So try a quarter.

If your not entirely new, different wraps can help. You can try the silicap then a silisleve over that. After a while many don't use the silicap once the penis becomes accustomed. Or you can try micropore tape. I believe that's the same thing as paper tape. Wrap the glans in that. Can use strips just cover the head. Just a few strips over the pee hole and two next to it. Or, tape the entire glans. After a while ur penis will adapt.

I use to get blisters after pumping. But my penis adapted. For me, I just gave it a two day heal. I hated blisters but I just used more sleeves and a cap and slightly less pressure, worked to prevent blisters.

Try the silicap and silisleve. And try the micropore tape. And some hydrocortisone can help heal that blister

It sounds like there was too much pressure in the cap I suggest you make a couple of pinholes in your cap and this should resolve the issue.

I haven't used the SS yet. But I thought you can wear the cap then roll the sleeve over that, which is attached to the SS. I don't know if others put another sleeve over that again, to protect the sleeve on the penis. Best for others with experience to answer that. But I don't think two sleeves will help with fluid\blisters.

For me just a sleeve and a cap is good enough for pumping though.

I'd try the pinhole method. There's good info here....

I made the pinhole in my SiliCap, which is all I wear under the durosleeve and vacuum bell. I've been getting pretty crazy fluid retention, but no issues with blisters, glans pain, or peeling skin -- and I usually CRANK that piston knob, so I might be able to address the fluid retention just by taking it easy there.

The fluid retention goes away in a few minutes with warming and massage.

Ever tried wrapping the glans with a paper tape or micropore tape?

I haven't tried that. My only concern with fluid retention is that I don't want to enlarge the glans, but I'm not sure that's actually something it does. Given how fast it goes away I haven't been too worried about it so far.

The fluid retention is basically what leds to blisters when the skin peels, I would like to know if there's any other way to protect the glans besides using the silicap, I would hate to heal and then attempt using the SS again only to get another blister. This is what worries me.

You got the blister because you didn't put any hole on the silicap before and also because your penis is very new to PE. Believe me bro. Take my advice and i promise you won't have any problem anymore.

My increased resilience could well be due to how much of a beating I've already laid down on my member with the LengthMaster, plus some experience using pumps before I got started here at MoS. :)

So the pin holes are working?

Did it help with reducing fluid retention?
Others have reported that it does, I believe. I didn't do any before/after testing myself, but I definitely do get significant fluid retention when I use the ADS. I also use ADS without a break (eg a couple days ago I wore it for 5.5 hours straight, not broken up into 2.5 hrs and then 3 hrs or something).

Actually, I think I jinxed myself in this thread... after I took the ADS off on Thursday I had some peeled skin right around the urethra. :( So I guess I will take this fluid retention seriously, then!

A couple questions of my own for the thread:

-How big does the hole in the SiliCap need to be? I literally just stuck a pin through it and was done. No visible hole, I couldn't find it if you asked me to. Does the hole need to be more substantial than that?

-If I start taping up, is there a recommended sort of tape to use? I can't imagine scotch tape working too well. :)

We use a 2mm punch to make a hole in the tip. Microporous tape is the tape you want.

Nothing is compulsory, but obviously the cap is recommended. I'm using it in order to prevent expansion of the glans in the vacuum, because I don't want to add girth to my glans. If I can tweak it here to eliminate fluid retention specifically that will be excellent, otherwise I'll add some tape on as well.

Would wrapping the glans with a bandage before using the SS prevent fluid retention?

You wouldn't need to do that if you use a silicap.

It works by providing a protective layer around the penis, so the outside forces from the vacuum don't cause a problem.

Doesn't seem to be working very well for me at the moment, @longstretch made mention of using a microfoam tape, I would look into that and see how well it works with the Silistretcher. I don't want to risk getting blisters again.

The SiliCap wasn't working that well for me either, as I've mentioned here in this very thread. HOWEVER...

This made a BIG difference. When I first made a 'hole' in my SiliCap, I just pushed a pin through it and thought that was enough. It is not! I tested it yesterday and even with that pinhole I was able to blow the SiliCap up like a balloon and get it preeeetty big before a little air started escaping. I worked the hole a bit with a knife until there was actually a tiny-but-visible hole even without stretching the material, and yesterday I had my most intense session yet with the SiliStretcher (6 nonstop hours at ~4lbs tension) with barely any fluid retention at all! Just a tiny little bit of it around the tip, and not nearly as noticeable even in that much smaller area as what I was getting before.

The limiting factor with using anything around the glans for extended periods is fluid.

Some will be more prone to fluid retention, no matter what they do, so it's a case of preventing damage to the head, while maintaining a good stretch.

My gut tells me, that even with newer silipads, a silicap would be wise to be worn alongside, maybe even put a condom over the fitted silicap before entering a silistretcher to give additional support when going for hours upon hours.

Bleh! I'm jinxing myself left and right in this thread! Yesterday I was back to the usual amounts of fluid retention again... so there must be something else at work as well...

Typically I create a pretty good vacuum just by putting the bell and sleeve on, so today I'll try stretching without turning the piston knob at all and see what that does. If I'm still getting retention I'll try the tape, too. We'll get this figured one way or another!

Pe bob brought something to my attention. He was hanging 7 kg with Malehanger and thought he could jump into that weight with silistretcher but the period of conditioning must happen. Some fluid buildup from time to time can be expected you just want 90% of it to be gone within 10 minutes. Go low and slow, start off with low weights (2 to 3 pounds) and slowly increase time (starting at 20 to 30 minutes and add 5 minutes per set every other day for instance up to 60 min. Once you can hang that weight slowly increase weight by 1-2 pounds and drop time to 20 to 30 minutes and repeat. If you notice drastic fluids buildup reduce stress or improve taping technique.

Just got my Silistretcher2 over the weekend, and I am very happy with it LOL. But the only issue is the ALOT of water retention and I did experience some peeling skin and a blister. Im going to have to take a few days off. One thing that I did notice was that the durosleeve the was sucked into the strecher, so I guess their was too much suction.

It sounds like you had too much suction pulling the sleeve in an awkward way that caused blisters. Do something else while this heals. It is never wise to work through a blister as it will scar you. Be sure to use lots of bacitracin as the blister heals. There are many other things you can do while this is healing.

Today, for the first time after about 5 uses, I got 2 blisters on my glans after 1h40. I'm thinking it's because the glans sleeve wasn't as flush to the glans as before.

How long do these blisters take to heal?

How effective have the pin holes been for you guys? @PE-bob @Brawn Johnson @huge-girth or anyone that has had experience with them

Personally, I don't wear the silistretcher for more than 1 hour at a time. The blisters will leave within a week. Next time, wear the silistretcher for 1 hour at a time and then remove it and wear it again for another 1 hour to avoid blisters.
