my girth is coming along, but it is still small at the base...around 3.5inches and then it goues to 5 inches about a couple inches up my penis..is this normal

i think it is normally the other way round thicker at the bottom and tapers towards the top, probaly because your gaining size towards the upper end of your penis and nothing at the bottom so it is going like that doesnt sound like any thing to worry about though.
