hi I've been here for a few moths now and gained a little over .6 inches in length but only about .15 inches in girth. besides the basic jelqing what are other girth exercises?
Clamping is amazing, but it is something you should work up to doing. I'd suggest waiting several months until you have given your penis plenty of time to adjust to progressively more intense manual exercises.
I had problems for a while after clamping, a good alternative is simply using your hand as the clamp. Your veins and skin wont swell up as much (which i think is a good thing). If you are doing it right you will target your cc chambers in the same way as clamping. You cc's are what you really want to expand to build real girth.
I think an excllent girth exersize is isolated compression squeezes. I'm kind of on a deconditioning break now, but every now and then I do a few of these and clamp. They give me great, umatched, expansion.
