Lightning gave instructions on how to Change the individual existing Thread subscription(s)
- Quick Links [menu]
- > Subscribed Threads [option]
- Check the thread(s) [check box]
- Selected Threads [button]
- > Delete Subscription if you want to remove them completely OR
Through my control panel only if you want to retain them and not be notified- Go [button]

You can also Subscribe to a single Thread for future reference as follows:
- Thread Tools [menu]
- > Subscribe to this Thread [option]
- Notification Type [section]
- > Through my control panel only [option]
- Add Subscription [button]
