genetics vs. technique

Many people bring up the fact that some gain quicker than others due to their genetics. In other words, their ligaments are softer and more pliable, resulting in quicker and quite possibly more gains. While this could very well be possible, I prefer to think that technique plays a larger role. My guess is that those who don't gain aren't stretching hard enough to fatigue their ligaments, and they aren't jelqing with the proper erection level or enough intensity to see maximum expansion.

Just a thought.
 
I think it is a bit of both, but more so using the right technique and hitting the right place, spot or part of the penis to produce gains.
 
Definitely both. Some peoples bodies are really receptive to the tamest of routines, whilst some people take longer to gain even after really strenuous routines....

Its hard to determine which would be most important...
