Many people bring up the fact that some gain quicker than others due to their genetics. In other words, their ligaments are softer and more pliable, resulting in quicker and quite possibly more gains. While this could very well be possible, I prefer to think that technique plays a larger role. My guess is that those who don't gain aren't stretching hard enough to fatigue their ligaments, and they aren't jelqing with the proper erection level or enough intensity to see maximum expansion.
