gains have stopped

i dont know what happened but i have stopped gaining so i think i will take a month off to let things heal if i'm injured. which i dont seem to be but if i am that probilly is why i'm not gaining. when i got a t vein a few months back i had a hard vein and a pimple like bump on my shaft well the bump went away but the vein has stayed all along. i think it will be there for good but a little rest cant hurt. what do you guys thing?

I got bumps like you, but they would not go away and the vein gets hard from time to time in certain spots. I took 3 months off and it didn't help the bump. They are worse some times than others from working hard. This doesn't limit gains though for me, as long as I can get a good gripe.

I say continue on and push past the plateau. In weightlifting there are very rare times to try and stopped lifting in order to get bigger. Injuries are the only real time to stop or if you know you are overtraining. I have to believe the same principles here. Dont stop unless you have an injury.

A rest is sometimes the best medicine to jump start new gains. It helps clear you mind and gives you the ability to refocus and see things in a fresh , concise way. Physically it will give your penis the opportunity to rest, heal and reset in a way. When you re-start you will feel a new sense of purpose in your Penis Enlargement and I think this is what really helps the most. Good luck.
