Gaining erection length without Gaining Stretching Length?

Is that possible ? Because I have been doing Penis Enlargement for about 9 months and my Bone Pressed stretching length has been the same about 5months. I still think I have grown something in erection length.

When I am doing Penis Enlargement streching I feel my ligs burning everytime in every different strech position. Also I feel tunica very well when I am streching.
But Streching length is very difficult to gain.

I just wanna know can I grow if I dont gain streching length??? My motivation is up again to grow very big
