I've had it for about a month now and I use the stalling system that came with it. Very comfy. the only issue I have had is the metal rods get bent if you put too much pressure on them. Just take it slow with the device. I like...just wish I could wear is more during the day or at work.

The rods should not bend, if this is happening you may have too many bars in.
