Gain a half inch--lose 15 pounds.

first off I would like to say hi to my fella members of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. im a newb of course and haven't been real serious about Penis Enlargement till this week I have been doing my excercises on a consistant bases for a week now.

well I've been doing some reading lately on the board and came across thus anology. "Gain a half inch--lose 15 pounds." I've heard it before but is it true? am I understanding the anology correctly? where is the info to show that this "Gain a half inch--lose 15 pounds." is true?

if so I really need to lose this last 30lbs and I can gain an inch.
 
I was always skeptical about the analogy. I've seen it a few times in a members sig and I also heard it on oprah.

but I do need to lose 30lbs to meet my required weight for my height and frame size.

im more worried about losing the fatty area of my fat pad right above my cock. I have at least half inch to three quarters of an inch of a fat pad. hopefully losing the 30lbs will tighten that area up.
 
You and I both. In any case, a thirty pound weight loss is a great goal for our personal health. I have 15 more pounds to go. Then I can reassess whether my fat pad has shrunk at all. Some members say they've dropped the 30 pounds and it has made no difference in the fat pad. We shall see.

Good luck with your progress. BTW, 6 x 6 is a great starting size.

I hope it works out for you. what workout or diet plan are you sticking to? when I lost my first 15lbs it was due to eating better and watching my carb intake and walking everyday. and I've been able to keep it off ever since. im at a stand still right now so that means I have to incorperate some cardio. im now looking online for other alternatives to losing 30lbs just to get some insight.

yea 6x6 is decent even though im a overweight I've always wanted to be bigger because I always thought of myself of being small. I definitely need to lose my thighs because they are pretty big.

but I come on this board everyday for inspiration and hopefully I will meet my goal.

I've finished a week of Penis Enlargement and it feels great with 2 days of rest im ready to get back at it

Regarding my diet, it's pretty much low carb--a modified Atkins. I take in more carbs than he recommends (at least as a starter), because I need the energy.

I walk too--a couple miles a day. My feet are too long and narrow for serious running. But I also lap swim--at least 45 minutes a day. I am going to try to up this some to see if I can knock off the remaining 15 pounds (or at least 5 to 10) before the end of September. If I don't hit 178 (my goal) so be it, but I'll get there sooner or later. Just like I'll eventually hit 9" BPenis EnlargementL ruler measured.

I have good muscle mass, but I want to knock off those love handles. She doesn't need them once I"m riding her. And I sure as hell don't need them.

To decrease fast pad you must do cardio 3-5 days per week. prefeably a power walk or running, jogging, HIIT. this must be done a minimum of 30 minutes per session at 75$ of your maximum heart rate. Also hit the weights and do lunges and squats. Do weight lifting that uses many muscles groups like squats and bench press. A good Dumbbell work out should help tremendously.
 
yesterday I walked about a mile I watched what I ate and im continuing to watch my carb intake. I have to continue walking everyday at a speed walk pace. the weight lifting will also be incororated with the walking. lunges and squats are a good I dea. thanks
 
i don't think there is much a guy can do to get rid of the fat pad . I am 6ft tall, about 160lbs and around 8% body fat and i still have about a 1/2" - 3/4" fat pad meaning that when i push the ruler in that is what i gain. i am sure you can get rid of it but at what cost. anything below 10% body fat i have heard is unhealthy i will agree to that as i hate being so skinny and don't feel like i am 100%.. i would rather be 190-200lbs 12-15% body fat and lose a half inch off my wang then be as skinny as i am. so as it stand i would probably have a 7" penis if i lost a half inch due to fat..
i measure just over 8" when pressed to the bone and about 7.5" without pressing.

but i am sure that people that are overweight might see some gains i think the biggest gain when losing the gut is that you will see it more and it will look much bigger and that is a big boost.
