Here are some small updates:
- Haven't put on the SiliSleeve5 fully erect yet. Haven't had to since I do the routines one after another, but I have to get around to wearing it for as long as possible on rest days.
- A number of sex supplements I ordered came in the mail: Bromelain, L-Arginine, Zinc, Sunflower Lecithin, Maca Root powder, Horny Goat Weed, Saw Pygeum. They have a number of purposes for penis enhancement and performance improvements. I won't take them today but I have a protocol in place for using them. I'll want to test them out once or twice before I engage in the real thing.
As usual, did the routines one right after the other. Let's get into what I did last night!
MORNING/AM - INCREASING LENGTH
EXERCISE #1: Manual Bundled Stretches
- Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the right, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
- Twist flaccid penis in a corkscrew to the left, stretch out in any direction (as many as possible) for five minutes
Twisted my penis 1.5 full corkscrew rotations in each direction before
stretching.
The MOSGrip feels a little different. I get a better grip than if I'm not using anything but it's comparable to the dishwasher gloves. If anything my grip holds on longer using the gloves than the MOSGrip.
Also took 25mg Viagra at this time to get the effects kicking in by the time I do erect stretches.
EXERCISE #2: Basic Stretching
1-2 minutes of deep tissue massage on flaccid penis as a "break" where needed, but at least do it when transitioning to the next group of exercises.
Complete 3 sets of one group before moving on to the next one:
- Group #1: Behind The Cheeks x 3
- Behind The Cheeks to the Left -- 30 seconds
- Behind The Cheeks to the Center -- 30 seconds
- Behind The Cheeks to the Right -- 30 seconds
- Group #2: Straight Down x 3
- Straight Down to the Left -- 30-seconds
- Straight Down to the Center -- 30 seconds
- Straight Down to the Right -- 30 seconds
- Straight Down Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise
- Group #3: Straight Out x 3
- Straight Out to the Left -- 30-seconds
- Straight Out to the Center -- 30 seconds

- Straight Out Rotary Stretches -- 25 cranks clockwise, 25 cranks counter-clockwise

EXERCISE #3: Expressive Stretching
- Do 5 sets of the following stretch, taking a break for 1-2 minutes between each set with deep tissue massage on flaccid penis (only if needed). Ideally you go as long as you can with full intensity until you feel the intensity getting less:
- Grip flaccid penis about 0.25 to 1.0 inches above the base, and then stretch outward for 60 seconds
- Hit every direction possible to cover every possible place there might be growth (stretch up, straight out, downward, left, right).
- Set #1 = up, Set #2 = straight out, Set #3 = downward, Set #4 = left, Set #5 = right

stretch with two hands as usual. However, the Viagra kicked in a lot faster than expected and Sets #3-5 of this exercise was ruined.
I think to be safe going forward, I'll only take the Viagra when I start erect stretching. I may miss out slightly on erection quality but it guarantees my flaccid stretches aren't compromised.
EXERCISE #4: Erect Stretching
- Get your penis 100% erect, and then grip your penis right below the head
- Stretch outward for 10 minutes in the following manner to hit multiple angles:
- Stretch up for minutes 0-2, stretch straight out for minutes 2-4, stretch downward for minutes 4-6, stretch left for minutes 6-8, stretch right for minutes 8-10
Erectile strength was at 100% for the entire of this exercise. Viagra really does wonders!
EXERCISE #5: Kegels
- Ensure your penis is flaccid (or semi-erect or fully erect, whatever helps you best see your penis moving with each contraction), then do the following sets one after the others without breaks:
- 100 quick Kegel squeezes (if you use a stopwatch, you can do a "1 second on, 1 second off" timing)
- 50 repetitions of "5 seconds on, slowly release for 2 seconds" Kegels (SQUEEZE your PC muscle as hard as possible)
- Squeeze your PC muscle at maximum contraction and hold it for 60 seconds (if you get tired, squeeze harder until the minute is complete)
In the first set, I got 100 reps while still having a 100% erection.
In the second set I did all 50 reps and managed to contract at max strength with each rep. No loss of erection.
For the last set I did a contraction of 60 seconds and with greater consistent strength. No loss of erection.
Another day of 3 sets non-stop without any fatigue, and I think this will be a thing going forward. All I have left to do is increase intensity of contractions to the point where I'm trying to squeeze the PC muscle out of my body!
Today's morning
length routine took 60 minutes.
EVENING/PM - INCREASING GIRTH
EXERCISE #1: Superset of Bathmate Pumping and Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJs)
- Do three sets of the following, with no breaks in-between sets (5x5x3):
- Enter the Bathmate fully erect using warm water and pump for 5 minutes at max pressure
- Immediately after, Slow Squash Jelq for 5 minutes, do this dry
- Immediately put on a cock ring after all three sets are done to hold your "pumped" state for two hours.
- After the first hour, remove cock ring and spend a few minutes getting good blood flow back to your penis before wearing the ring for another hour
Bathmate Observations:
- Sets #1-3 on the Bathmate got me to ~7.2in (18.3cm) on the Bathmate reading. A brand new PR for me and now I know what my next target is:
- Managed to exert more self-control and avoid busting
- I had many more small black dots on my penis than usual after finishing. Probably because it's been a few days since I've been inside the Bathmate. They went away after 2 hours of deep penile massaging.
SSJ Observations:
- All 3 sets went well. Erectile strength was maintained for longer and I felt more of a "squash" than usual.
- Nothing else to say, other than continuing to perfect this technique
Wearing The Cock Ring:
- When fully erect my mid-shaft girth was at 14cm (~5.5in). By and far this is the very best temporary expanded girth I've ever had.
- For the first time in my life, my penis feels big in my hands and not like a tiny plastic straw. If I could keep this expansion and get to a resting NBPEL of 7in, I would FINALLY have the confidence I need to be sexually active! Until then I'm dealing with something just above a microdick. (fail)
- Thanks to not busting, I can say this was expected. I would have likely seen this result in my previous session if I didn't bust.
EXERCISE #2: Testicular Health Massage and Stretches
- Remove cock ring and applied water-based lube to flaccid penis and testicles
- In a rubbing motion, massage each testicle in-between your fingers with gentle but firm movement for 30 seconds
- Massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds to fully relax your scrotum
- 5-10 sets of the following group of stretches, no breaks in-between:
- For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far upward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far downward as possible
- For 60 seconds, stretch your penis as far downward as possible while stretching your scrotum as far upward as possible
Did a full 10 sets to mark off the end of an epic return.

Overall, a somewhat productive morning routine for
length and the best evening routine for girth I've had in a very long time.
Viagra continues to be awesome, but I think I'll be using dishwasher gloves instead of the MOSGrip going forward. I just seem to get a tighter grip with the gloves and the grip doesn't slip as easily.
