Progress thread From 6' to 9'. The Journey

solid days work! Are you using the 5×5×3?

I've been doing the bathmate newbie routine. 3 sets of the basic stretches, kegals, and bathmate tugging in the different directions. and then 2 sets 10 minutes of Bathmate, and 300 jelq sets.

I've also invested in some redwood and testosterone support supplements that I've been using for about a week now.

Sometimes I do the 5x5x3 if I feel like I need to not take as much time. sometimes I'm in the shower for a good 1.5 hrs.

I had a very busy day, but I snuck in a lot of stretching throughout the day when I could.

Showered Newbie/Bathmate routine. Durasleeve for an hour. Wearing the sleeve and kegal-in throughout the day.

We're experiencing a heatwave in Portland. Oof.

I did the stretches dry today, incorporating the newbie routine, A stretches, rotary stretches, DLD Blasters, and Tunica Blasters for about an hour.
Did the bathmate super stretchers, did the 10 minute bathmate and 300 jelqs 2x. Wore the dura ring for about an hour. Gonna kegel and wear the sleeve for the rest of the day.

I'm probably gonna be a bit sore tomorrow. lol.

Are the sleeves pretty good for keeping elongated? I'm saving to get back on my feet maybe around Christmas I can order one and give it a shot.
 
Seems like all the brothers have been doing very well lately. I wonder if it has anything to do with me praying for you guys every single day.

I think they work pretty good. I would get the medium to softer one rather then the max strength. They can be difficult to get on.

I got off the wagon for a little bit. I got a bit discouraged once I noticed the tear showing up in my miti-sleeve to seal the bathmate.
It's not ripped totally yet, but I see it coming pretty soon. I don't think a hot scissor will handle it properly to be honest. I also had some company for a few days so that through off my rhythm.

I didn't make any posts because I never did a official routine. I did tug, stretch, and legal regardless of whether I did a full routine or not though.

Todday is 7/13.
I got back on with a a 2 hour stretch sess, consisting of the newbie routine, the A stretch, the DLD blasters, plyometric stretches, and the tunica blasters for about 2 hours.

I also did 3 sets of 300 jelqs

I'll do some bathmate before I crash for bed as well.

I am back on the ball.
I did the newbie stretching routine, along with several sets of the "A Stretch", DLD Blasters, Plyometric stretches, and Tunica Blasters. + 600 jelqs this took me about 2 hours. I then did the bathmate super stretchers, and 2 sets of the bathmate for 10 minutes with 600 jelqs in between.
I'm now wearing the duraring. And will put on the mitisleeve after wearing it for an hour or two.
 
I woke up to a few drops of blood in my shorts this morning. Nothing hurts, or any throbbing, I think I may have had a micro tear or something at the tip. A few drops hear and their. I wore the softer sleeve after the initial workout that I did, and then switched to the more dense one overnight. Woke up with a boner and trying to pee and noticing the few drops of blood. lol. What a strange situation.

That sleeve was difficult to get off, and I couldn't get the bulky part off initially and it actually cut off my stream! man what a mess. lololololol.

After work, at about 3:00 am I did an extensive stretching session that I normally when I don't do the routine in the shower. I passed on the bathmate the second time simply due to it being really late and my being tired.

excellent to know you have put in so much work! If you get tired it’s time to take a break. Nothing can be more frustrating than trying to keep focused while you’re tired.
 
After sleeping for a few hours, I got back on it again. Mostly stretching all day. I did the newbie routine and spent an hour or two doing the A-Stretch, Tunica Blasters, and plyometric sets.

Just for shits and giggles I looked at my ruler measurements, looks like I've made some improvements.

Plyometric sets? I completely forgot about that exercise. I wrote the exercise for a guy name Wax who left the brotherhood and I guess the exercise got buried. I’m so happy to hear you’re using it and I would love to know the results.

Before I went to bed last night I did about an hour of jelqs and erect stretches. Alternating every 5 minutes.

I'll keep you posted on the plyometric results. It just seemed like a good idea to add them after I watched the videos.

i’m just so happy your actually using them! I hope you make great growth and let people know that plyometrics and the power they have

I work a night gig now, so I try to get my sessions in before I go in for work.
These last two times I did the showered Newbie sessions along with the newbie bathmate routine. I would wear the silisleeve during my shift. Before bed I did some jelqing and some erect stretches, and edging.

I didn't have time to post them because I was rushing to catch a bus.

I did a bathmate newbie sessin before bed, wore the durasleeve and edged for about an hour this morning before bed. I'm noticing a lot of expansion today that I didn't have two days ago.
