I'm ready to get back on the ball a month later. I didn't stop altogether, every few days or so I would at least make sure I did some stretching, and occasionally I'd do a set of jelqs. it wasn't a whole lot.
For shiggles (shits + giggles) I took measurements again, and it seems like I've gained an inch of flacid hang. Or perhaps I didn't take the best measurements, but I'm pretty sure I pushed that ruler all the way into that Bone pressed plate. I should've taken pictures, I'm not sure what I was thinking. But I definitely took good notes.
I will be taking new measurements and some pictures and putting them up here shortly for records.
I think I'm ready to invest in a hydromax bathmate.
But I'm not entirely sure which one I should get, the hyrdromax 7" or 9". I'm literally right at the 7 inch-ish mark BPEL. The 7 ends at that size, and the 9 starts at that size. 9's my goal, but I don't want to accidentally injure myself because the pumps the wrong size.
Do you know enough to know what the growth caps are for each of these pumps? Does the hydromax 7 stop at 7' or does it have more room than that?
Are there any other things I might consider purchasing as well?
I've seen mention of cortisol cream and moisturizers, I also think I want to take a supplements to aid in the gains.

I just got my bathmate in the mail today.
I bought it from MOS, and it said that I would be getting some extras that didn't come in the package. The add mentioned something about free extras? A mightysleeve, a durosleeve, and a silicap? Those things were definitely not included in the box? Should I expect those later?
I'm curious, as to what to add to my routine now that I've got the bathmate. Should I wait a bit, and start from scratch with the newbie routine since I had a month-ish break? I'm still supposed to be conditioning in the first phase of this right?

I've been adding the 5x5x3 to my newbie routine, but it seems like I have a difficult time getting an erection once I've done all that stretching. is that normal? should I alternate days? or maybe reverse the order? I'm supposed to be erect in the bathmate when I pump right?

it sounds like you’re dealing with the fatigue. This happens to some men and the solution is exactly what you have suggested to go every other day. This will allow you to have rest so you can get the best results and also will help you focus much better.
you could even go for a length exclusive routine until you make your length goals and then take on girth or vice a versa. This is really good for men who are more interested in one or the other. Let me know what you think
Awesome picture of my brother! It takes a lot of guts to post pictures but it shows you’re committed to what you’re doing. I see the curve and I don’t mind it but you can correct it with exercise. The basic protocol is to jelq erect against the bend and to also do narrow tube erect pumping. This is the best done with a Mityvac since You can order custom tubes. A narrow tube while pumping erect will also greatly help straighten that bend.

Showered Newbie Routine. Bundled corkscrews. and a 5X5X3.
This worked out for me this time as far as EQ.
Maybe I should work alternating routines, one for girth one for length on differing days? That might be the way to go. I'm not sure. I'll just try what you suggest and see how things play
Is it possible to do the tubing your're mentioning with the hydromax?

Newbie Routine, showered 5X5X3.
How was your expansion looking?
I noticed some veins that I didn't notice yesterday. And I definitely felt a consistent tingling. I'm not sure if that's what you're asking about though.
This morning's training was fine. Getting the hang of the bathmate.
So @DLD what alternating length/girth routine do you suggest?
I'm gonna get the length master later in life I think. In the meantime do you think I should just stick with the noobie routine with the 5x5x3 combo for now?
Today's was the best I've had. I think the kegals are very important to this process.
