Progress thread From 6' to 9'. The Journey

I also, finally heard from whoever responds to sales issues, about that silli-sleeve that I had that died after the fourth use, and he seemed to think that was to be expected. He didn't offer me a different one. I wasn't sure what the deal was there.
 
I appreciate the good wishes and condolences DLD. The ceremony was beautiful. And despite the occasion, my family is stronger and closer because of it.

I'm ready to get back on the ball a month later. I didn't stop altogether, every few days or so I would at least make sure I did some stretching, and occasionally I'd do a set of jelqs. it wasn't a whole lot.

For shiggles (shits + giggles) I took measurements again, and it seems like I've gained an inch of flacid hang. Or perhaps I didn't take the best measurements, but I'm pretty sure I pushed that ruler all the way into that Bone pressed plate. I should've taken pictures, I'm not sure what I was thinking. But I definitely took good notes.

I will be taking new measurements and some pictures and putting them up here shortly for records.

I think I'm ready to invest in a hydromax bathmate.
But I'm not entirely sure which one I should get, the hyrdromax 7" or 9". I'm literally right at the 7 inch-ish mark BPEL. The 7 ends at that size, and the 9 starts at that size. 9's my goal, but I don't want to accidentally injure myself because the pumps the wrong size.

Do you know enough to know what the growth caps are for each of these pumps? Does the hydromax 7 stop at 7' or does it have more room than that?

it’s good to hear that your flaccid is hanging longer and lower but I highly recommend taking official measurements on everything so we have a perfect gauge on your gains this day forward.

I would go with the Hydromax nine I’ll leave the link below. If you plan to go beyond the 8 inch mark I recommend going with a nine.

I've seen mention of cortisol cream and moisturizers, I also think I want to take a supplements to aid in the gains.

things you should have on hand all the time would be sleeves, ace wrap, cock ring, hydrocortisone, bacitracin, powder.

If you are looking for length I suggest the SiliStretcher and the Lengthmaster. I can write great routines based around these tools. As far as girth goes you are all set with the BM.

I bought it from MOS, and it said that I would be getting some extras that didn't come in the package. The add mentioned something about free extras? A mightysleeve, a durosleeve, and a silicap? Those things were definitely not included in the box? Should I expect those later?

I'm curious, as to what to add to my routine now that I've got the bathmate. Should I wait a bit, and start from scratch with the newbie routine since I had a month-ish break? I'm still supposed to be conditioning in the first phase of this right?

Not at all. If you sent that email I’ll get to you today and I will work out a routine for you. There’s nothing Newbie can’t do, It just needs to be cautious until you perfected.
 
Okay, so I've been giving it a go on my own as far as the bath mate is concerned. I've been making sure to just where it for 5 minutes at a time, 3 times after I do the basic stretching. I've used it twice some days. Haven't been keeping up with my log, as I've been getting my goals over the year put in place. PE being one of the "big" ones.

Never fear. I've taken some new measurements (last night) to gauge my starting point with as well as some pictures. I'll be posting those up as well.
I figure I'll take new pictures each month. That oughta do it.

You see what I'm talking about? I don't want to lose the upward curb, but I would l like it to point true north. lol. Any ideas for me?

I've been adding the 5x5x3 to my newbie routine, but it seems like I have a difficult time getting an erection once I've done all that stretching. is that normal? should I alternate days? or maybe reverse the order? I'm supposed to be erect in the bathmate when I pump right?

I'm definitely looking forward to this new routine you're gonna put together for me as well.

Awesome picture of my brother! It takes a lot of guts to post pictures but it shows you’re committed to what you’re doing. I see the curve and I don’t mind it but you can correct it with exercise. The basic protocol is to jelq erect against the bend and to also do narrow tube erect pumping. This is the best done with a Mityvac since You can order custom tubes. A narrow tube while pumping erect will also greatly help straighten that bend.

it sounds like you’re dealing with the fatigue. This happens to some men and the solution is exactly what you have suggested to go every other day. This will allow you to have rest so you can get the best results and also will help you focus much better.

you could even go for a length exclusive routine until you make your length goals and then take on girth or vice a versa. This is really good for men who are more interested in one or the other. Let me know what you think

that’s what I was suggesting above. Go Monday Wednesday Friday on length and go Tuesday Thursday and Saturday on girth and then rest on Sunday.

I noticed some veins that I didn't notice yesterday. And I definitely felt a consistent tingling. I'm not sure if that's what you're asking about though.

This morning's training was fine. Getting the hang of the bathmate.

That’s a great sign my brother! With more veins you’re seeing more vascularity which means you’re seeing a much higher blood flow come to your penis. This should be exciting for you as it is proof that what you are doing is working
 
So @DLD what alternating length/girth routine do you suggest?

A really good alternate length routine I offer people is the Powerassist routine. If you have a Powerassist or a Lengthmaster you can do this fulcrum routine. It’s highly slept on and it’s probably in the top three exercises that work best at bringing length. I will leave you a link below. And anyone who does not have a PA or a LM you can simply use a piece of PVC pipe or something like that and it will work just as good as a PA.

I'm gonna get the length master later in life I think. In the meantime do you think I should just stick with the noobie routine with the 5x5x3 combo for now?

That sounds like a good plan. Be sure to include erect stretching and expressive stretching. These two stretches will make the length portion of your routine much more effective, bringing growth fromevery angle of gain.
 
Today's was the best I've had. I think the kegals are very important to this process.

extremely important! And they will be important for the rest of your life. If I take 3 to 6 months off of doing Kegels I start to lose EQ. So I’ve gotten back in the practice of doing Kegels every day. Since that time erections are becoming harder and harder.

Today I did several stretch sets, and incorporated the Fake-arm A stretch. Figuring out the kegal/reversekegal motion. I also did the Bathmate super stretches while doing my 5x5x3 in the shower.

Isn’t the fake arm such a easy but brilliant way to stretch. It should also be known that using the fake arm all PowerAssist exercises can be done.

I definitely felt my ligs after that. LOL. Also, I'm definitely a fan of the bathmate super stretches. They're intense. I save them for the last 5x5.

My initial session got interrupted so I only managed to get in the stretching part of the routine.

4/24
Bundled stretching, basic stretching 3 sets. Bathmate 5x5x3. sillisleeve for about 6 hours.
second round of stretching before bed. Kegels throughout the day.
