A quick update. I haven't been in the forum much, mostly cause the website was dealing with some things, and I realized I'm pretty much keeping the same routine every time I go about it anyway.
Bundled warmups/cooldown
The routine is the stretched newbie routinerepeticitons.
Testicular stretching
Kegels 300
2-4 sets of 4 DLD blasters
2-4 sets of 4 A stretches.
2-4 sets of 300 jelqs.
Bathmate for for 15-20 3x
Duraring for an hour or so.
Sleeve the rest of the night.
i may take a set or two off, or opt out of the bathmate depending on how much time I have.
I try to get at the very least get the newbie routine without the extra stuff I've added in at least once a day.
I'm definitely making some gains. Although there is a LOT of fluctuation that happens when I use the bathmate, and that kinda stresses me out. even if I don't take the day off. I'm not sure what that's about, maybe @DLD do you have any feedback for me about that?
