hey people,i have been a member of the pay site for a long time now,but i found a section i hadnt read before called 'other excercises'.
iv decided that as well as the regular stretch and jelque routine i do in the evening,i am gonna try an do the 10 min workout from the paysite in the mornings too.
only problem im having is with the isolated compression squeezes.
it says u need to be 95%hard,an that u need to compress/squeeze the area between the bass and just below the head,but when i do this it feels like im just squashing the skin around.am i too hard or is this whats supposed to feel like?
any body can explain id be happy!
