for DLD or anyone who has the DVD

DLD, I am thinking about buying your [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Matters of Size[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] but I have a question. Now, do you go through all 5 phases, demonstrating all the excersizes along the way? I mean, is it like a fitness video where I watch you do the excersizes, and follow along throughout the entire wourkout? Does it have any planners, or motivational tips for sticking with it. Also, does it have any more videos/pics of you and your rod, as well as more videos than we can just see on the website? Thank you very much! :)
