There are so many threads on this topic your head will spin. Many guys have tried many things and some have success while others don't. Titan pills are great,i also take a vitamin complex,but if you have a healthy diet imo you dont need any supplement..you will get everything from food

ya ur right but certain herbs or foods can speed the process of cell division or growth i think...

Same ingredients, it is that way across the board with PE pills. We have a new pill we have been working on for some time, I would love to finally come out with it. It is a completely new formula based on much of the education found on the forums.
